Had an amazing stay here. Google maps takes you to the front of the building, but it's actually in the back. Took a min to figure that out, but all good. Place was wonderful and a quick trip to get into town. Will be back!

Condo Perfect for Getaway

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. The setting was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg proper, but only a 10 minute drive away from those sites.

GPS does not always take you to the exact location of the unit. Host was very responsive and helpful in helping us to find the unit.

Chalet Village exceeded our expectations on our trip. We had a small group of two couples and the space allowed us to enjoy our time on the mountain. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities including the kitchen, TVs, and bathrooms were a plus. We unfortunately did not have time to try out the on-site pool. The host was responsive to questions before our trip and we did not need any assistance during our stay. The only downsides that I can think of are that there is zero cell service at the location (can easily connect to wifi though) and it would have been helpful to have some small toiletry items available.
