Private Dog-Friendly Home with Heated Pool & Guest Cottage at National Seashore

Spend the day at the National Seashore then come home for an evening swim in a heated pool. This home is perfect for a multi-family summer retreat. There are plenty of private living spaces for Mom, Dad, kids & grandparents to spread out after checking out all of the wonders that Cape Cod offers. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a lobster pot!) and there is an outdoor gas grill. If you do not feel like cooking, it's a short drive to over a dozen great restaurants. There are three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the cottage. We provide bed linens and bath towels. We also have beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your use. Our quiet oasis is less than 2 miles from Coast Guard Beach!! You can walk or bike to the National Seashore Visitors Center and enjoy ranger-guided nature programs and several hiking and biking trails. At night you can take in a double feature at the Wellfleet Drive-In Theater, located less than 10 minutes away.

BEDS & BATHS
There are sleeping accommodations for 10 people in 5 private bedrooms, with beds for two more.
The main house bedrooms have a queen bed in the front room and 2 twin beds in the back room.
The third main house bedroom is a queen bed and there is a daybed trundle with 2 twin mattresses.
We provide a pack-n-play with a bassinet/changing table insert.
The main house bathroom has a sink, a toilet, and a tiled shower and tub. The cottage has two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds.
The cottage bathroom has a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.
There is also a hot water outdoor shower in the pool area.
Linens and Bath towels included. We also provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers.

KITCHENS
You'll find that the kitchen is fully equipped for almost any occasion.
The kitchen has all stainless appliances. This includes an oven, electric stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, and (of course) a lobster steamer!!
The patio has an outdoor propane grill.
There is a gas fireplace off the kitchen to take the chill away on those colder off-season days.
The Cottage has an under-counter refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker.

DINING
There are indoor and outdoor dining options. There is a large dining area off the kitchen with extra seating at the breakfast bar. The entrance patio has a dining set that seats 6 and the Pool area has a dining set that seats 8.

LIVING
Plenty of space to stretch out inside!
The main living room is furnished with a custom-built, Family-sized sectional, and a Smart TV with a sound system. There is an office/study furnished with a comfy chair & ottoman and a desk. Just off this room is the sunroom that overlooks the heated pool. This is furnished with a rattan sofa, chair & ottoman and a smart TV.
A comfortable living area is in the finished lower level with a large couch, sofa, chairs, a smart TV. There is also an air hockey table!! There are several games, such as Pictionary and Trivial Pursuit, as well as cards and poker chips for game nights.
The Cottage has a comfortable rattan living set, a work desk, and a smart TV.

OUTDOORS
The entire backyard is surrounded by a privacy fence.
Outdoor grill and dining area are on a flagstone patio in between the House and Cottage. The other dining area is looking over the backyard amenities. This includes the heated pool, lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs.
The outdoor shower has a large enclosure for privacy and room to change. There are pool toys and floats for your use.

PARKING
The private driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.

OTHER STUFF YOU SHOULD KNOW
The Main House has central air throughout and the heat is gas-fired forced air for the entire house. The Cottage is cooled and heated by mini-split. The gas fireplace in the kitchen/dining area can also be used for makeup heat.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use as well as an iron and ironing board.
We provide fresh linens and bath towels.
We have a pack-n-play with a bassinet/changing table insert and a 5 in 1 highchair for your little one.
We provide a baby monitor.
There is an information binder on the house operation, beach access, and recommendations on local restaurants and activities.

For safety, because of the pool, please keep the glassware inside. We have non-shatter beverageware for outdoor use.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and keep the noise levels down, especially after 10 pm.
The minimum stay during the Summer Season is 7 nights, Sunday to Sunday. If feasible, we may accommodate a different start day.
We allow up to 2 dogs during your stay. They must be house-trained and well-behaved. The fee covers the cost of extra cleaning. We provide food & water bowls on a mat. We ask that you rinse these out at the end of your stay.
