Awesome stay

Great location right on the beach, there are 4 pools at the resort, a bar and grill, and Starbucks. It was so peaceful, parking was a little weird but other than that it was a great stay.

We have stayed in the towers before. The common areas of the Majestic was very clean. The beach and other accommodations were great. Unfortunately, that didnt carry through to the condo. We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the condo. The property manager was great to work with initially - very friendly. Then our water heater went out. We had no hot water for two days (one was Easter and we understood that). The property manager/owner offered compensation. Three weeks later and we still dont have it sorted out. Little to no communication from the manager/property owner. This is very disappointed. I'm not sure we'll be renting via Salty Life again. Which is unfortunate because we like the area.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. We expected a clean, well-maintained vacation rental that reflected the price we paid, but that was not our experience.Upon arrival, one of the resort/pool bracelets was already broken, and the unit did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We found crab leg shells in the living room and on the balcony, excessive sand outside, trash and personal items under multiple beds, and glass on the floor in one bedroom. There was visible mold around the tub in the bunk room bathroom, the guest bathroom shower leaked and drained slowly, the shower curtain was dirty, and the front door had peeling paint.The washer also appeared to need cleaning. A blanket left inside smelled unpleasant, and our clothes came out with an odor after washing. We also tried to use the jetted tub, but black debris continued coming from the jets even after cleaning it ourselves. The beds were also uncomfortable.Communication was equally disappointing. We reported the broken bracelet upon arrival and received a quick response. However, after notifying management about the cleanliness, mold, leaking shower, slow drain, and other maintenance concerns, we never received another response for the rest of our stay.The location is great, and this property has potential. However, at this price, guests should expect a clean, comfortable, well-maintained rental. Until the cleaning, maintenance, and communication improve, I cannot recommend staying here.

Resort is great. Room is fantastic. I would rent it again. My only disappointment was the room was supposed to come with a gym card, and it was not in the room and the owner did not get back. To be fair, my stay was half a week so there might not have been enough time to figure out what happened.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as Salty Life goes, the service was good, however, we will not be returning to Majestic Beach. The security was ridiculous (had an interaction at the pool because we had a float in the pool, no rules displayed about floats) We are rule followers and this made us feel very uncomfortable. The food was outrageously priced. Starbucks sucked. No music by the pool, drinks at the pool bar were also ridiculous. Condo and Ocean view was fine, just did not like the feel of the resort.

Wonderful location

The location of this property was excellent. It was directly on the beach with an unobstructed view of the water. There’s plenty of space in the unit, and the pictures probably don’t do the size of the unit any justice. I think a lot of small changes could really take this property to an excellent rating: the lights in the primary did not want to work, we had to flip the switch until it caught (we stopped even trying to use the overhead in the end), there are poor touch ups in the trim and drywall, and a fresh coat of paint is needed throughout. For it to be a 3 bedroom unit, the balcony was disappointing with only a table to seat 4. The third bedroom stayed very warm and the kitchen cabinets need some attention where they have been painted over and are bubbling. Overall, the communication was good, the view was amazing, and we did enjoy our stay. We just felt like this unit needed a little more TLC to bring it to that excellent level. I would stay again, but my expectations would be lower.

We stayed at this property with our family and grandkids. Booked very early in like February because we were so excited. The pics on the website make this place look impeccable! Then we arrived… we wanted to check in early because we arrived 3 hours early. We were told our room wasn’t available yet and literally got our text to check in at 4pm. When we arrived there was an immediate smell of mildew or dirty mop. The floors were extremely dirty. I had to go buy a mop and clean the floors. There was trash under every bed in all 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms were not clean and had mildew around the ceiling and shower head and was gross. The kitchen has paint peeling off the cabinets and some cabinets simply didn’t close all the way and stayed open. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 set of towels per person. Then they tell you to leave your pool bracelets or you’ll be charged 25 for each one not returned. Mind you we wear these the entire stay because we were told to do so by security. Hopefully they don’t reuse them but who knows. Also this resort puts out 3 rows of beach chair rentals to try to force you to rent for 75/ day. Very difficult to find a place on the beach at this place without paying a pretty penny. I wanted to air up our beach floats and the front desk wanted to charge me 5 for air. Very disappointed in the condo and property. We will not come back and I do not recommend this condo. Needs a major over haul!!
