Modern fully furnished studio apartment in Dubai Gate II located in Jumeirah Lake Towers. It is just 1km away from JLT Metro Station and 1.5km from Marina mall. Ibn Battuta mall is 10-minute drive away. It is as well close to the famous Palm Jumeirah, beaches and golf courses.
Jumeirah Lake Towers is one of the business centers in Dubai with corporate and retail offices, conveniently located in majority of the towers. The community is divided in clusters with each cluster being serviced by different restaurants, cafes and shops. There's also a promenade surrounding the lake where jogging enthusiasts or tourists can enjoy.
JLT is being serviced by two metro stations. The closest to New Dubai Gate is DMCC metro station. Taxis are a popular option, but can be costly.
