Great Delray House

We’ve stayed in this house for the past two years and loved it. Great outdoor space to hangout all day long. The breeze off the inter coastal keeps it cool even in the summer months. We’ll be back!

Stunning Location

Great property in an amazing location. Never need to leave, but if you do it’s close to shops and Delray Main Street. Big rooms, clean and well equipped. We has a small issue with the aircon, but the property manager was always on hand and did everything to sort quickly. Highly recommended

Perfect house

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Plenty of bedrooms, games, books to read. Location was excellent, we could walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores. Loved that there were bikes available for use. Host was very communicative and flexible when we needed to adjust our days. We loved using the pool, and the backdrop of the intercoastal made us feel like we were at a resort. Would definitely stay again. A great way to stay cool during the summer months.

Beautiful inter coastal house

My husband and I and our 5 children had the most wonderful vacation in Delray Beach. The house was located on the inter coastal with water views from the moment you opened the front doors and all the bedrooms. The house was very spacious with a wonderful outdoor entertaining are with an outdoor living room set up, dining table and grill. Location is also amazing and is near Atlantic ave and the beaches. This was one out best vacations and hope to stay there again soon!

Incomparable Intercostal Home

From the moment we walked in, to the last morning dip in the pool, this home was a sanctuary of rest and relaxation for our family. Our time here while on vacation from the Northeast could not have been better, in large part due to the wonderful time we had enjoying the comfort and amenities offered by this home. Being able to switch between beach days and days lounging around the beautiful pool was such a great experience. I could not rate this home more highly and recommend it without reservation to any family looking for top notch amenities and service. We will certainly be back again next year, as my kids have asked that we make this an annual vacation spot.

The house was as pretty as it appeared in the pictures. We loved the location, the easy drive to the beach and to restaurants . We chartered a boat for 4 hours with Captain Joe, who was a hit with the grandchildren. We would have liked music outside, more information on using equipment in the house ie. how to turn off outside lights. The third adult bedroom had two small ( short) beds put together and they were not adequate for adults. All in all, a fantastic vacation house.

The location with water on two sides gave a nice breeze around the patio and pool area. The house have plenty of space for our family of 10 people. We were 6 adults and 4 children and everybody just loved it from the start of the stay to the end. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals at home.The outside patio with a nice dinner table was a perfect place to enjoy lunches and dinners.There are nearby good restaurants if you choose to dine out. We can highly recomend this property!! A big thanks to the property management for a great service during our stay!!

Fabulous family fun!

Reviewer Comments: We were a party of 7. grandparents found it easy to get around and spent hours relaxing by the pool watching the boats cruising on the intracoastal. The 3 young adults were working remotely and did not have a problem with internet connections and/or finding private workspace. The bicycles came in handy. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Publix in walking distance. Daily loop to Atlantic Ave, walk on the beach and back over Linton Ave bridge was about 3.5 miles. Would definitely recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: The carpets were very dirty.The hot tub needed to be looked at a few times. We were never able to lock the front door. Overall the house needs lots of work. A bathroom was leaking, and a big crack was near the staircase where water was leaking, from the above bathroom. We had food in the garage fridge and for whatever reason, the fridge was taken away mid week. But overall it was nice being on the intercoastal and the house is very sunny, bright and spacious

Great stay in Delray Beach

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this property. It is an absolutely stunning setting right on the inter coastal. The views are amazing! We spent many hours outside on the patio watching beautiful boats go by night and day. The outdoor seating was comfortable and plentiful, with options in both the sun and the shade. We used both the grill and the hot tub often. Inside, the home was spacious and very nicely decorated. It was even prettier than the photos. The primary bedroom and en-suite is enormous!!! The only minor critisms I would make would be that there are many twin beds ( and 2 kings), so it wouldn’t be ideal for several couples. Also, the kitchen could have used a few more cooking tools, serving pieces etc. It wasn’t set up for anyone to make big meals for a group. But it did have most basics, so we made due. Luckily, Delray has many many great restaurants very close by too. The location was very centrally located…within an easy walk or quick drive to both Linton and Atlantic Aves, as well as the beach. We also found the management company very easy to work with. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return.

Poorly managed and maintained.

Ill prepared for our arrival. We were without use of the pool for three days and without a kitchen for two days. The kitchen sink is half dislodged from the granite and the property manager was unable to have the pool cleaned until Wednesday (we arrived Sunday). The sinks stopped up and a plumber was called. He said a second visit was required for him to degrease the entire system due to lack of maintenance. We had to purchase our own kitchen towels, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, bars of shower soap, and other basic necessities. The neighbor’s house is abandoned and their pool is a green mosquito breeding ground. Our car was also stolen from the driveway in the middle of the night. I had read other complaints about the carpeting and was told it had been replaced. It had not been replaced and stains on the staircase were covered by a slick bathroom rug. The front door lock is impossible to lock with the key from outside.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were several things with the home that need addressing in my opinion. First and foremost Fred the manager is amazing! He gets top ratings! As for the home:1. Home is run down, for $1200 a night we expected more!2. Carpets are past the point of cleaning and need replacing3. Walls dirty and scuff marks everywhere4. Light switches are dirty looking and either need to have someone scrub them or replace5. Toilet was not working in the master bath (Fred had that fixed ASAP)6. Outside refrigerator did not work (Fred had that replaced)7. Front door lock is so confusing that it has directions on it, why not just replace it and make it easy for people?8. No basic amenities in the kitchen other than one box of ziplocs. No foil, napkins, plastic wrap9. Many of the kitchen pots and pans were not very cleanOverall the location is nice but we would not recommend this home and would tell others to look elsewhere. For the money this home did not live up to the expectation other than the location and views.We spent $10K for the week and for that price clean carpets and not feeling like we were in a run down home would have been nice.

great house with a perfect view!

We absolutely loved the view of the Intracoastal. We only had one small issue with the pool when we arrived, but the manager resolved it promptly and we had a great vacation week. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful time!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful house. The setting is fantastic right on the intercoastal with a lovely pool, hot tub and outdoor seating area. Plenty of room for our two families.

Lovely holiday stay

Beautiful views. Great AC, easy access to Atlantic Ave if you don’t mind a one mile walk. We enjoyed the walk. Clean house. Would definitely stay again.
