Enjoy your own private fishing pond just steps from the log cabin… Nestled in the picturesque NY Fingers Lakes region the cabin sits on 8 acres of private wooded property situated between Keuka & Canandaigua Lake Countless wineries, breweries, distilleries, winter sports and hiking. Bristol Mountain Ski resort is a 25 min drive. Spectacular in the fall. Perfect for families & group getaways, Spacious layout for groups, Affordable per person when split.

Our beautiful log home is nestled on eight private acres of wooded property including a large stocked pond for fishing and swimming. Pond is stocked with bluegill, yellow perch and largemouth bass. This is a catch and release pond!

Our newly updated log home has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 8), a full bathroom and an open space great room with a large flat screen tv, high speed fiber wifi, comfy couches and a coal burning stove for a romantic fire and added heat. The kitchen was recently remodeled with new cabinets and a full suite of appliances. The dining area seats 6.

The bedroom on the main floor has one queen bed and a bunk bed with two twins. The loft bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. Both bedrooms have dressers for ample storage

The full bathroom has standup shower, a claw foot tub and a large vanity.

The exterior boasts a large covered front porch, a gas grill for outdoor cooking and outdoor furniture for relaxing or eating outside.
There are two fire pits. One at the pond and another behind the cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and cozy! My family and I brought our 2 dogs and it was amazing! We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking to get away for a nice quiet winter break, I would love to see it in the summer!

Really enjoyed the beautiful cabin especially the front porch with its round table for lovely outdoor dining, the peaceful sound of the wind chimes and sweet scent of lilacs in the air. There was also a dog/ toddler gate across the top of the porch stairs which ment my dog could freely enjoy it with us. Wonderful stay overall.

Awesome stay with lots of privacy

It just felt like home. The host was super responsive and the unit was fun . Kids enjoyed the privacy with lot of fun games indoors and outdoors. Hope to come back here again.

Everything was very clean. Fishing pond was a plus. We caught several fish. Only negative was one bathroom for 5 people.

“A Little Slice of Heaven” truly lived up to its name! This rustic log home was lovely, welcoming, and full of charm, while still offering all the modern conveniences you could need. The home was exceptionally clean and well cared for, and they truly seemed to think of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.The host was amazing and responded quickly to every question I had. The check-in process was also SUPER easy, which was such a nice way to begin our stay.We loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying lunch, and one of my favorite moments was taking a peaceful siesta in the hammock. Welcome to my 'Slice of Heaven'! Though originally from NYC, i moved to Western NY over 3 decades ago and raised my family in Pittsford a suburb of Rochester NY. I've recently retired from a career in corporate IT. Now that I have more time on my hands I am very excited about devoting my time to hosting and sharing my beautiful vacation home with special guests.

Born and raised in Rochester and I'm still here! I work fulltime as a Sales Manager at a local Honda dealer. When Jill and I bought this property most people thought we were crazy. It was in need of some major repairs. We completed most of the repairs ourselves. The pond was completely overgrown with cattails and had 3 feet of muck. With the help of an excavator we cleaned the pond and over the last three years stocked it with bluegill, yellow perch and largemouth bass! After enjoying this place we thought why not let others enjoy it too.

For as long as I can remember, it has always been a dream of mine to own a secluded cabin in the woods. In 2020 my partner and I purchased this lovely secluded log home on 8 acres (mostly wooded) with a 1/2 acre pond. Needless to say some renovations were in order. It became a true labor of love but it was worth it!!
