What a great home with everything we needed for our stay!

Loved this great little home. It has all the things we needed but didn’t want to travel with. Very clean and well kept. Perfect location for shopping, eating and all the beaches !! Loved our stay. Thanks for making it great

Good location and convenience

Very clean, nothing too fancy but good for us visiting friends in Venice. Close to beach and shopping. Quiet neighborhood that I was able to walk around every morning! Beautiful weather also in late March! Thank you !

Great Fit for our needs

Comfy is right on description. We had everything we needed. We like the private back yard patio and I utilized the desk in the 2nd bedroom for my work before play time. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home, but we also went out to eat and spent a lot of time at beach and kayaking. Everything is close by, lots of options. Quiet neighborhood. Doris was available to answer questions and easy to communicate with.

Nice size apt , good location

This place had all we needed , even stuff to take to beach. We like that it's in a quiet neighborhood for some peace and quiet on the back patio, grilled out most nights we were there.. Thanks Doris

A quiet place with everything you need

We had a magical month in our stay in March. It was relaxing and it did not seem to be as crowded as other places we have stayed in Florida. It is a quiet neighborhood. No big traffic slowdowns. The beaches are great with several to choose from. Everything you can want is not far. The house is clean and up to date. It has that sense of a personal touch of Doris. She was always helpful and easily accessible. We already have a to do list for our next visit. We could not fit everything in.

Anita has everything we needed

The two bedrooms 1 1/2 bath was perfect for us. The price was very reasonable. The rental included items we can no longer take on the plane such as shampoo. Also included coffee filters and soap for the sinks and dishwasher. The rental was super clean and comfortable. Location is very near shopping / restaurants, and the public beach is only 10 minutes away. My wife and daughter enjoyed the morning beach yoga sessions. Recommended for anyone looking for a nice rental not needing pool and clubhouse. Will be back again.

A Cozy, Comfy home as it named!

This sweet home in a residential area, close to all shops, restaurents, golf courses, beaches. We can find everything that we needed as our home, We are please to staying here for our vacations and will return next year!

Good value especially for people sharing expenses

You'll have pretty much here what you need for a stay. Location is easy to local beaches and supermarkets to stock up. Plenty of space to stretch out. Nothing fancy but very clean. Parking on your driveway, laundry equipment. The owners are great to deal with and we had zero issues during our stay. If you hear a crunching sound while you are sitting outside it is probably one of the resident turtles bathing in the sun or munching. Cute!

Nice, Clean and centrally located! - Owner was a plessure!

Sadly we were only able to stay 3 of or planned 7 nights, due to Hurricane Irma. However, our short stay was PERFECTION!! This home is clean, well decorated, spacious and very centrally located. 10 minutes to the beach and less then that for tons of shopping, dinning, and activates! Doris was wonderful to work with and was even generous enough to give us a credit for our unused days. We can't wait to go back to finish up our mini trip!

Hurricane Irma was disaster, We all have to leave our home and runaway. but fortunately our Englewood home town do not have major damages, Thanks God! I agree it's cozy and comfy!

This is an adorable house and met my needs perfectly. Loved the location because it was close to the beach and to Charlotte Sports Park. The house was well kept and very clean and Doris is wonderful to work with. Will stay here again!

Perfect for what I needed. Clean and simple yet comfortable.

I really enjoyed my month-long stay at Doris' place. My reason for the stay was to get to know the area and look around for a possible house to move to. The area was beautiful and peaceful. The beach was only a 10 minute drive from the home, which made it very convenient to run down and catch the awesome sunsets in the evening. Walmart is right around the corner and Publix very close by. The house was clean and adequately stocked with pretty much everything you need. A few large beach towels might be a nice addition. The master bed was very comfortable. I like that the house was decorated simple and not overdone. It made for a nice, peaceful feel. This particular side of the duplex is more private because the lot next to it is wooded and also there is a wooded area in the back, which makes the back porch and laundry area very private. There are a couple of gopher tortoises that live in the area and frequent the backyard to feed and sun . I did some research on them and it's better to not feed them but to allow them to get there own natural vegetation because of their sensitive digestive system . Also quite a few wild rabbits visit the backyard. While staying at the duplex I was able to check out nearby towns, Port Charlotte, North Port and Venice, all only about 20 to 25 minute drive away. I wish I would have checked out the Englewood visitors center when I first arrived, but actually didn't get there until the day before I left. Next time I come I will definitely go to the old car show on Dearborn Street. It's held the first Saturday of every month, 5 PM to 8 PM. And apparently all the shops and restaurants are open that evening to join in the fun with all of the visitors that come from all over for the car show. I did get to visit "The Real Juice Bar" on Old Englewood Road. Small place but amazing juice! They also had organic food and organic smoothies. Doris was very pleasant and easy to work with, she quickly responded and took care of any issues or questions that I had. I would definitely rent here again. I'm very lucky to accomordating wonderful people like Cindy and family, excellent communication experience make our life sparkling, what are wonderful world! Yes, I am planning to add a set of folding beach chairs instead the large beach towels, try to reduce the laundry work for our guest.

Great place, comfortable, and clean.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and restaurants. The house is nicely decorated and it has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Very spacious, my family is relocating to Florida so this was nice to find schools and apartments. Doris was easy to get a hold of, and prompt at responding messages. I would recommend this rental and will definitely use it again in the future.
