Spacious Home With Hiking Nearby & Mountain Views

Stay with the whole crew at this spacious and family friendly home. With mountain views and endless hiking nearby it is sure to create great memories. This spacious home is great for large groups and families. The home contains a spacious living area for all to gather as well as an outdoor dining area, backyard, tree house, and trampoline. Go for a walk and gaze at the lake or find great hikes nearby.

Covered parking is provided along with additional driveway parking. There is a nice sized front yard that faces the road and looks towards Lake Blaine. The back yard gazes up at the mountain tops and is secluded by surrounding trees. There is a level ground trampoline that is fun and safe for all ages. You will find four bedrooms in this one story home that comfortably sleep 10 guests. Three king beds in the main bedrooms and two queens in the additional sleeping room. The main living area has a comfortable sectional with a TV. The large windows show the spectacular view of Blaine Mountain.

Guests have access to the entire home.

There are great hikes in the surrounding area including Strawberry Lake and Mount Aeneas. From the home it is 11 miles to Strawberry Lake trail head and 18 miles to Mount Aeneas trail head.

Glacier National Park west entrance is located 28 miles (33 minutes) away.

Downtown Kalispell is located 20 minutes west.

Bigfork and Flathead Lake are located south 21 minutes away.

The Lake Blaine neighborhood is peaceful and centrally located to all major attractions in The Flathead Valley. During your stay you will have access to 4 parking spots.

The property was much like advertised. The beds are really comfy. It was pretty clean and the setting is fabulous.We truly appreciated the quiet hours rule because there are kids camps in the area. We love kids and they’re active in the summer. They quieted right down at 10.The host was never more than 10-15 min. To respond and that’s via email, so loved that.We felt right at home and would truly rent this property again.

It's a nice place, but not what we expected with the pictures on the website. It was nice and clean. The 4th bedroom is like a room built out of the garage. There are some maintenance things they need to take care of and were made aware. The accommodations were what we needed so it fit us well. The area is lovely and was close to where we needed to be for the things we did. Thank you for your hospitality.

Convenient location, spacious, peaceful setting

Extended family of 10 enjoyed our 9 day stay. Nice backyard, rooms are spacious, great parking, well-equipped kitchen! The 4th bedroom is not suitable for young children as it is located in a portion of an unfinished garage. Also it has 2.5, not 3 bathrooms... and none near the 4th bedroom. Definitely would stay there again. Very helpful host! rest of the reshouse

It was advertised as on Blain Lake. Blain Lake is a private lake with no public access. We chose there as we could have our kids baptized prior to their wedding. Also it was advertised as 3.5 baths…nope 2.5. Also the 4th bedroom was in a musty garage. Slept on floor in living room.

Great location 30 minutes from the West Entrance to Glacier National Park. House is large and comfortable, across the street from Lake Blaine, but be advised that there is no lake access unless you live lakefront. Large grass backyard which we saw deer in everyday during our stay. Be advised that the 4th bedroom is accessed through the garage/storage area and while the room is nice with two beds, it is not ideal for kids as it is kind of scary out there. I’m not even sure I would want to sleep out there even as an adult. We did not use that room during our stay and the rest of the bedrooms/bathrooms were very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great! We had an issue with the internet when we arrived and he answered our calls right away and had the issue fixed the next morning. I would definitely recommend this place, but be warned about the 4th bedroom situation. Also, just as an FYI there aren’t many places to eat nearby. You have to drive 10-15 minutes to find anything decent. Otherwise, this place worked great for my family.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family trip to Glacier National Park. The home was spacious enough for our family of eight and gave us a comfortable place to return to after long days in the park. Kade and Paige communicated very well and made check-in and check-out easy.One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space. The front and backyard were beautiful and well maintained, with a great mountain view. Our kids loved playing in the yard and on the trampoline, and they were excited to see a deer back there one morning. The kitchen also has a nice view toward Lake Blaine between the houses.Helpful Glacier-trip details included two bear sprays for the park, floor fans for the rooms, a washer and dryer, and plenty of space for our group. The master bathroom also had a nice double shower head.For future guests, there is no lake access even though the home is near Lake Blaine, and the house does not have air conditioning. We stayed in early July, and opening windows and using the floor fans helped, though it was warmer during the afternoon. The fourth bedroom with two queen beds is accessed through the enclosed garage area. That area was clean and well kept, and the room worked great for two of our older kids.The only small improvements would be more places to store clothes and a full set of silverware for larger groups. None of that kept us from having a great stay. Overall, this was a peaceful, spacious, and comfortable home base for our Glacier vacation.
