Relax and unwind at this newly renovated home and enjoy the comforts of home. While it's a perfect retreat for two, it can sleep up to eight with its beautifully decorated four bedrooms.

The two Queen Bedrooms are equipped with a Smart T.V, free wifi, and a workstation with desk and chair. All rooms offer soft plush bathrobes.

The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, smart t.v., comfy plush robe and chair.

The fully equipped, custom built kitchen offers granite counter tops, new appliances, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.

This property is ideally located for visiting professors, parents of students at the university or vacationers visiting the St. Jacob's Market. it's a 20 minute walk or 3 min. drive to the University of Waterloo. It's 3.8 km to St. .Jacob's Market., St. Jacob's Playhouse and Outlet Mall.

Parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Free street parking is available by registering with the City of Waterloo overnight parking.

Only registered guests allowed on the premises, otherwise, fine is due and payable as per rental agreement and reservation cancelled with no refund.
No pets - otherwise, fine is due and payable as per rental agreement and reservation cancelled with no refund.
No Smoking in or on the property, otherwise, fine is due and payable as per rental agreement and reservation cancelled with no refund.


Guests must complete rental agreement and security deposit prior to finalize confirmation of reservation. Rental agreement must be signed, received and approved within 48 hr. of reservation confirmation.
Guest must have working cell phone.

FREE Street Parking - Overnight street parking registry - Contact: City of Waterloo (Google Search for overnight parking).

Register your name, license plate number and date of parking (morning between 2:00 am and 6:00 am). One is allowed to park 15 nights on city streets.

Late Checkout Rules: House rules allow us to discuss a late check out, so please use the message box to ask us. You can have a 12:30 p.m. checkout, if we authorize it for $75.00 extra, (full house rental) instead of the regular 11:00 a.m. check out. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day.

Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee.
Guests must complete rental agreement and security deposit prior to final confirmation of reservation. Rental agreement must be signed, received and approved minimum 5 days prior to the date of arrival.
