El salón principal tiene un concepto abierto con sala y comedor en el primer gran salón al entrar en la unidad. Hay una cocina completa con barra americana apertura a un lado del comedor. El salón está equipado con un televisor de pantalla plana y cuenta con correderas de cristal grandes puertas que se abren al balcón blindado. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king-size y televisión y tiene un baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con dos camas individuales y TV. The condo was great! Had everything we needed from cooking stuff to towels. Very close to beach! Would stay here again!

Great Place to stay in Siesta Key

The location is beautiful and we slept very comfortable in the King size bed in the Master bedroom. I would rent it again next year.....

South Siesta Key Gem

Wonderful condo in optimal location to enjoy the south end of Crescent Beach. Walk to Captain Curt’s, local market, Toasted Mango, etc. Easy access to the Breeze or Frog Hopper shuttles to enjoy Siesta Key village. Hope to be back sooner than later

Wonderful location

Great place! 5 stars! The only two things…. The pool loungers are broke and the master TV wouldn’t turn on. Location was great! Condo was great! Everything worked and was so close to the beach

Fun family spot

Great location close to the beach and my kids loved having a private pool as well. Very clean and looked just like the pictures. Close to restaurants and shops. Beaches were very packed but it’s summer.

Close to the beach does not take 5 minutes to get to the beach. I really liked the location. We would definitely consider staying again.

Christmas Vacation

Great location, just a short walk to the beach or even to restaurants on main st. Clean and comfortable. The door lock battery died while we were there and maintenance was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the area!

Loved the Holiday House!

We stayed for 6 nights and loved it. Easy walk to beach and fishing. Quick and easy drive to anywhere we wanted. AC worked well, clean property w kitchen and everything needed. Food and shops within walking distance.Smooth easy transaction all the way around. Will definitely stay here again when back on Siesta Key!!!

This was so close to beach, restaurants, markets and bars. We barely got in the car. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place, convenient location- fun for family!!

We had a perfect stay here in Siesta Key with comfortable beds, darling pool and beach chairs for your convenience. The two bed rooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our needs with adult/teenage daughters. The property is very well managed and we experienced extremely prompt response to our questions. Lovely!!

Loved this place!!

We were so pleasantly surprised by how nice this home was. It was really clean, had a great pool, and was only 2 mins to the beach. The only thing they could’ve used was a few updated beach chairs and an umbrella that wasn’t ripped. Everything else was great!

Wonderful

This place was very clean, close to the beach and has plenty of room. Also the shower head was messed up and they had someone out to put a new one in less than an hour. I highly recommend.

Great stay

Finding a rental close to the beach is a challenge. This house is about a 3 minute walk to the access point to the beach. Very clean. Stocked very well with towels and cooking supplies for 4 people. Quiet neighborhood. Did not use the pool but it was very clean and a very good size. We would stay again.

Very satisfied

No complaints here. This place was as advertised. It was a very close walk to Point of Rocks. They provide so many beach items like chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Laundry room was nice. Pool was great with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. We even used the grill next to the pool. Very safe neighborhood. The kids loved it. We would definitely book with them again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice, however we bought a beach umbrella and left it at the condo. We flew in from Ohio, so we couldn't really take it with us. There needs to be enough Beach equipment to share between all of the renters.

Overall very nice experience

The location of this unit and setting are great. Be sure to read the notes about what is provided and what is not. We had to do a store run for basics like soap and there were a few small cleanliness issues. However, the quiet of the neighborhood, the unit overall, and the proximity to the beach made it all worth it. I would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect location

We loved staying on the southern part of the key and using the free trolley to visit The Village, Drum Circle and Patriots Pier or even Turtle Beach. The unit was clean, very spacious. The pool temp was heated to 83 very comfortable for a dip. We only used the master bedroom, so not sure if the twin beds are comfy. There are some shared beach equipment you can use, toys, boogie boards, wagon and very low small sand chairs. Laundry room that is shared but awesome to have it. Was a great two week stay.

Rebecca we are so glad to hear you enjoyed this super cute and clean home so close to beach access 13. It is about a 2 minute walk, however we try not to oversell, in case a guest walks slower than our staff who timed the walk. Please come see us again soon!
