Host was very communicative; condo was adorable, well appointed, and exactly what we were looking for that weekend. The property is beautiful and so convenient to the beach, SK village, and anything else on the key. Only thing that we noticed was that noise from the unit above was very notable when they were there. We’d absolutely stay here again!

What a charming townhome! Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable! Aside from the townhome being amazing, the location is top notch!! Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! The locals are all very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10

Beach Access at its Best

Came for a wedding weekend - quick in and out and couldn’t have asked for a better location with such close proximity to the beach. We were very impressed the property was in great condition given the two hurricanes that came through this season. We also enjoyed the downtown area and would love to go back for a longer stay.

Central location … little oasis

We really enjoyed our stay at gumbo limbo! It was very clean, and tropical. The location was great centrally located , just steps to the beach and 0.5 miles or so from downtown!

Wonderful little apartment in the best location!

Amazing location, accurate listing, easy communication, ample parking, decent space size for our group, great communal backyard space, and right across from the beach. Just wish there were a few more basic household items to last our stay, otherwise no complaints.
