Overall it was good but we needed to go to the store upon arrival for basic items such as tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.There were no instructions on how to operate the TV’s or parking information.The towels were very stained and sparse. We needed to purchase new towels and pillowcases. The pillows on the bed were also Stained.The switches for the lights were in unusual locations and some labels would be helpful.The walking area and beach assess were very good.

Lovely location

Decent place, lovely location. On line description noted 1+ bathroom which I assumed meant 1 1/2 baths but the bathroom was very small and not sure what the + stood for, possible a door between toilet and shower area.

We spent a wonderful week in Mark`s appartment. Very well equiped, the only thing that we could never turn on were the Tvs. But we did not really worry about that because we had so many things to enjoy there that it didn`t matter

Great place

We have stayed at Jupiter Bay several times. This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. We did have a problem with the bedroom tv that was not resolved. We lived in the area for 13 years so we know where where all the shops and restaurants are. We had 17 family with us. Most stayed in at Jupiter Bay too.

Perfect Jupiter Condo!

This condo was perfect for our weeklong stay. 1/2 mile walk to the ocean thru Carlin park. Nicely furnished and well stocked. Everything we needed was available. Very comfortable king bed. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed porch that looks out at the park. Really appreciated the ceiling fans in the BR, LR, and porch! We would definitely return to this condo in the future. Thank you to our host Mark, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

we had a great week! great location close to great restaurant! Enjoyed the walking track behind our unit!!people were very friendly! Despite some rain there was plenty to do !

Lovely apartment

Had a very nice stay. The condo is very comfortable. Close to beach and lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Definitly would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay-couple of things to note

I wouldn’t call this unit luxurious - there are many other units in Jupiter Bay that have been extensively remodeled and have a very open, modern feel. Of course they are much more money! We enjoyed our stay-location is great. We were surprised with a $25 fee to get our parking permit. We’d stayed in another unit two weeks before this and did not get charged for that. Pool can get very crowded and tough to find chairs, especially if you want shade. The unit is on the first floor and is dark. Lighting not great. The furniture is bulky and makes the space seem smaller. Also there is a lot of decorative, useless stuff (shells, candles) on many surfaces, reducing space for putting your belongings. Lots of pots and pans and implements in kitchen-probably could get rid of some older ones. But the owner was pretty responsive to our needs and lives nearby, which is useful.

Great property and location

The condo was nice and comfortable . Updates are in the process of being made. The kitchen appliances have all been updated to stainless. While there a new dining table and chair set were delivered. Painting and major bathroom updates are scheduled. The condo is behind Carlin Park and a short walk to the beach. The complex is well maintained. The pool area is nice as well. The complex is close to the Twisted Tuna and Food Shack restaurants. There’s lots to like.

great time in jupiter fl

nice place and well kept. disappointed that they only had one out door grill and could only be use in the hours of daylight. the owner did call and check on us while we were there since there was a hurricane coming our way.over all a great time. just a short walk to a great beach

Disappointing

For starters, the place needs a deep clean/paint job/updating. Putting that aside, I wouldn't normally write a negative review for those things. But there were some other negatives that weren't really acceptable all added up. We were told that a parking pass would be at the office for us, it was not. But we overlooked it and figured we could just get it the next day. We then went to our unit and put in the code and walked in and someone else was obviously staying there. Thank god they weren't walking around naked! We called the owner at that point in which he told us we went to the wrong unit and told us to go to a different one and use the same code. Just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, I went back through the booking and we were indeed told the wrong info about the unit number. The unit was lacking simple things that we had to purchase ourselves- toilet paper and tissues, etc. There was about a teaspoon of dishsoap available. But putting all that aside, one day I decided to take a pillow case off one of the pillows I was using and there was a pretty large, disgusting blood stain on it. We messaged the owner with picture and he never even responded. The condo is in a FANTASTIC location. Near the beach, with a beautiful park located behind with a walking trail and tennis courts. Given that each of his many rental units probably has the same code that never gets changed, I would not stay here again.

Comfortable Jupiter Bay condo

We were only able to stay at this property for a week, and despite some minor flaws, we were very comfortable here. It is close to the beach and to restaurants and grocery stores, has a pool, and easy access. The space is small, but just fine for two people. Bed and couches were quite comfortable, too. Our only criticism was that there is a lot of furniture in this small space, but this may be personal taste.

Nice condo in great location

Nice clean condo backing to Carlin Park a few minute walk to the beach. Owner was very communicative and helpful leading up to our stay and checked in (via text) to make sure everything was ok. Everything was in working order and we had a very pleasant stay.
