Newly updated Naples Bay Resort Club w/ family & adult only pool areas, full service tennis, extensive fitness center, full service spa, steam room and sauna.  Boat, kayak, paddle board, bicycle rentals available. Golf course tee time assistance. Complimentary beach/5th ave shuttle. All surrounded by lush gardens.  

Luxurious 2 bed/2 bath with a measure of privacy and serenity. Surrounded by well maintained gardens. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, open dining area, private screened lanai. Primary with king bed, en suite bathroom with large shower, deep jetted tub, double sinks. Primary bath also with portable shower chair, removable shower handle, assistance bars for shower and toilet, all upon request. Bedroom 2 with twin day bed for 2 twins or combined to create one king. Full 2nd bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. First floor unit, less than 50 yards from pool and Club, yet still quiet and private. Individual unit internet and Wifi, Smart TV.  

Entire unit open to guests with free parking. Full access to Naples Bay Resort, Club, and Marina open to all guests. Resort admin fee ($200) and Club fee ($55/day) are included. Discounted rates for off season and 30 day+ rentals. Bikes, powerboats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards available for rent through marina store. 



This is a well kept, beautiful, relaxing, residential area along Naples Bay and canals. Unique village like atmosphere includes cafe, restaurants, bay/river access. Safe area to walk during all hours. Abundant restaurants and shopping in Naples Bay Resort and downtown Old Naples 5th Ave and Historic Third Street. Direct access to outdoor activities on and off the water.  

Free parking right outside unit. Complimentary shuttle service from Naples Bay Resort to beach and downtown. Walker and biker friendly. Bike rentals available. Uber, Lyft available as well as local private taxi. Most visitors prefer to have car available.  

Bath and beach towels and linens are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use.

Exit cleaning included. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. 

  Resort and daily club fees are included in total cost. For long term stays fees will be adjusted to reflect lower rate after reservation confirmed. 30day - 6month rentals flat fee $1200, 6month - 1 year flat fee $2200, fees will be adjusted after reservation confirmed.

We had a wonderful time in Michelle’s condo and already booked for next February! The condo was very clean and loved the new furniture in the living area. She answered any questions we had quickly too. We have stayed in Naples Bay Resort for the last four years and the first time at Michelle’s and we loved it.

This condo has it all! Well stocked and clean. It will have everything you need! Michelle was great and easy to work with. Condo is close to the pool and the shuttle for the Naples bay resort is convenient. It will take you to 5th, 3rd and the beach. The resort is great and conveniently located.

Bay Bungalow

I very much enjoyed the stay at this property! I especially enjoyed the location being very close to the pool and club facilities. Communication with Michelle was very easy and her responses to my questions were quick and helpful. My only complaint is that the furniture in the second bedroom didn't really work well for my guests and the lania furniture was a little sparse. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay at the Naples Bay!

Love Naples Bay

This is a very nice condo conveniently located within the community. It’s just a short walk to the pool and club house. The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated. Appliances are updated and kitchen is well stocked. Description of condo did not indicate there is a streaming TV (with no instructions). There are cables. Michelle was very responsive.

Great Resort

This is a lovely resort with great pool, workout, bar/restaurant accommodations ! The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The staff was very responsive to our needs ! You cannot beat the location close to all the downtown “doings” and a shuttle is provided to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street for your convenience. I believe the one star rating is unwarranted. I had several guests stop by and they agreed that the rating was unreasonable harsh . I agree that the furnishings do need some updating but then guests must understand that the price will increase as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay !

We had a lovely stay in your condo Michelle. My only comment would be to maybe have a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom instead of a day bed. Since we did not have any company this time, it wasn't a problem for us but it could be if you had another couple staying there too. Thank you for your prompt response when we were having issues before we checked in!

Multiple non working appliances; ice maker, master toilet seat broken; master towel rack broken; water pressure poor on over half of condo plus limited hot water. All the furniture was so very dated and worn We like the resort and have rented other cottages which were in much better condition. This unit was terrible. Turned us off to VRBO because the rating was 4.6 for this unit and it was a total rip off.

We enjoyed our stay in Michelle's condo. It was beautiful and well stocked with basic amenities. We were disappointed that upon checkout we were assessed fees on our security deposit that we feel are in the realm of the basic cleaning that the cleaning service (which you pay for when you book the condo) should have covered. Yes, the sinks needed a wipe down from the kids toothpaste and there were some crumbs under the bar stools -- all of which we feel are appropriate for the cleaning service to take care of. We rent through vrbo properties twice a year and have for many years and have never had a security deposit taken from us. Otherwise it was a very nice rental and we enjoyed our stay at the resort. We come annually and have rented from other owners and never had a dispute before this.

Clean 2 bedroom appartment, resort style living, convenient to all dowtown Naples has to offer

It is our second time renting from Michelle. She is the perfect considerate landlord. She gave the unit a becoming make over which made our stay an enjoyable one. The location is within 1/2 a mile or less to two of the best grocery stores in Naples; Wynn and Oaks Farms, this is important to us since we like to cook using the best, fresh ingredients available. The pots and pans have seen much abuse which creates a challenge while cooking. The water supply is chlorinated to an extent necessitating the use of bottled water for your coffee and tea at a minimum. We will book again!
