Remodeled Comfort Home Bettendorf + Fenced yard
This delightful newly remodeled cozy 2BR, 1BA home located in a quiet Bettendorf neighborhood
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a starter set of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and cappuccino for the Keurig. Enjoy relaxing in front of the Roku Smart TV with free high speed WiFi. The Hide-A-Bed couch located in the living room would allow up to 6 guests. There is also a fully fenced yard for pets and unlimited free parking.
The living room is the focal point of the house. It leads you to the hallway that serves as an entry way into either the kitchen, bathroom or the two bedrooms. The larger of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed. The smaller bedroom has a full size bed. Both rooms have charging ports for your electronics, celling fans and closets. There is a desk set up in the smaller room for office space.
FREE PARKING! The street in front of the property is free. In addition, the alley way that leads to the back of the property can fit 3 cars on the paved driveway in front of the garage, and I offer free enclosed parking in the garage!
There is a paved walk way between the back of the property that leads you around to the front door of the property. The front door has an electronic combination lock (the code will be given to you before arrival). The side door can be used for entry and exit with a key that has been left on a hook by the back door. The dead bolt should be the way to secure that door at night or before leaving.

Please do not take any of the amenities provided to you throughout your stay home with you such as chargers, towels, games, etc.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house. If there`s evidence of smoking, you will be charged a large fine.
**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $150 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $35–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.
QUESTION OR CONCERNS Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TV, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the Youtube TV app (not the YouTube app). Press the house icon button to get the the main screen to select other Smart TV apps such as Netflix. Select “YouTube TV” (not the YouTube app) to watch our live cable tv channels. Use the back button to get to the guide and change live selections in YouTube TV.
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient.
This is a NO-SMOKING property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a minimum $350 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online on Amazon.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $400 per repair.
TRASH Trash comes every week on Wednesday. Recycling pickup is every other week. Trash and recycling bins are located in the alley next to the garage. Please bring the bins to the end of the alley or the trucks will not pick them up.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside behind the garage. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.
PET RULES All pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--Scrap food scraps in trash and start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher --Bag and place all trash in outside trash bins --Place all used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed and all wet towels in the bathroom tub for us to send to professional laundry service --Please turn off all lights and lock exterior doors upon exit

Nice small house and great yard for traveling with my dog. Host was very responsive to questions and problems, and gave lots of great information. The house is in a pretty quiet area, though it was pretty cold when I was there. Garage door opener was in the kitchen so you can put your car inside, which was great because it snowed after I arrived. Overall it was a great stay, I would definitely consider staying again when I come back.

Wonderful space for a weekend getaway!
The communication with the owner was wonderful and they answered all questions promptly...even went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I will definitely be staying here again.

Good place to stay once I could get into it. Codes provided by the host didn't work, and contacting them for assistance took thirty minutes and a call to Vrbo support.Wouldn't use this host again.
