A 2nd floor loft located in a quiet neighborhood! 2 beds, 1 bath with laundry and a porch space. Pet and family friendly. Nice sized kitchen with a dining table and great natural light.

The space
Open kitchen and dining room with the living room attached. Bedrooms are off of the dining area. Laundry is in separate room attached to the bathroom.

Guest access
This listing is on the second floor of the building with a staircase to access it. NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE.
There is a door at the top of the stairs to ensure stairs are closed off to children.

Other things to note
The first floor of the building is office suites occupied during normal working hours.

What a wonderful stay! This private flat is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood is nice & quiet but close to town for shopping & dining. Baley is a great host who responded very quickly to my questions. Check-in is super easy. If we visit Manitowoc again, this is where we are staying. Thank you for everything, Baley!

The beds were comfortable, and the place was spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and appreciated the amenities, especially the great coffee that was provided. The atmosphere was very quiet. The train whistles fondly reminded me of my childhood out west. Manitowoc and Two Rivers are wonderful towns to visit. Thank you!

Short getaway

Doing a lake shore cruise and stayed at this property for one night. Great location, excellently maintained property. Definitely would stay again, worth it !

Beautiful, clean, cool temp when very hot outside, huge place with lots of open space, well stocked kitchen with coffee and nice dishes! Wine glasses so nice!! Easy check in and Baley was very flexible when knew we needed to get to the Badger at a certain time! Nice pet friendly recommendation for dinner at Courthouse Pub! Those folks were amazing! Thanks Baley!

Wonderful apartment!

This is a really nice unit! It's very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. There's a parking lot, a balcony, and comfortable beds and pillows. There's really nothing i would suggest for improvement; we thought it was perfect. I would certainly stay here ag.

Charming and beautiful place

Beautiful, quiet, and charming place in a great location. Host provided many nice amenities that made us feel right at home, such as coffee and a lovely guest info book. Had a lovely breakfast outside on the balcony. We would love to come back.

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you hosts for a clean, easy, as-advertised condo stay this weekend. We stayed here for our special trip to GB for the NFL Draft. Manitowoc is close enough to GB for an easy drive but far enough away to have some peace of the hustle and bustle and traffic on gamedays/related. The condo experience was precisely as advertised, really no surprises. Would stay here again for a quick, painless, cost effective and comfortable stay.

Fun Weekend

We wasn't at place much, but was perfect. Good price and location. We went to football game in Green Bay Sunday, but stayed here Saturday. Went to submarine museum and tour, also walked out to lighthouse and out to eat Slept good. Overall wonderful experience and would stay again

GREAT PLACE!

Great 2 br rental! Great price! Every room is good size, I wasnt cramped in any space. And the large deck was a nice touch. The apt was remodeled nicely with central ac/heat which is rare in Manitowoc and Two Rivers. Theres also a parking lot which means yoyre not sharing a driveway when Manti doesnt let you park on the streers in the winter.

I would stay here every time I am in town. I love that there were no plug-in air fresheners to poison me:) She provided a diffuser:) That was a first. Also, the box of Beersten's Chocolates made this Manitowoc-born and raised gal very happy! The only complaint that can't be helped is the traffic noise in the corner bedroom. I would bring a noise machine next time. I did use ear plugs:)
