Traveling with little ones can be challenging — but we make it easier! Our spacious home sits on 2 wooded acres with a peaceful pond and fishing house. Guests can enjoy our boat with paddles, fishing poles, and tackle (no licenses required!). We're close to all the fun in the Smokies, yet tucked away in a quiet subdivision.

The home features 2 king suites, 2 bunk rooms, 4 outdoor living spaces, a playground, basketball hoop, fire ring overlooking the pond, pool table, huge gourmet kitchen, games, DVDs, and tons of baby gear.

A mellow paved drive leads to our two-story home at the end of a cul-de-sac. The welcoming front porch invites you to sit a while. In the yard, kids will love the large playground with swingset/fort, playhouse, climbing dome, saucer swing, climbing rope, and plenty of space to run. The side porch offers padded recliners for parents to relax while keeping an eye on the kids, plus a BBQ grill for family meals.

Inside, you'll find an expansive open-concept gourmet kitchen and dining area designed with food lovers in mind. This fully equipped kitchen offers everything from convection ovens and multiple cooktops to a full spice rack, baking basics, and even popcorn for the hot-air popper. The dining table seats 10 comfortably, with a children's table available for little ones.

The living room features a propane fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a pool table, foosball table, and access to the side deck. A half bath is conveniently located on this level.

Bedrooms & Suites

Downstairs King Suite: King bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV, tiled en-suite bath, and space for a portable crib.

Upstairs Kid's “Game Zone”: Bunk with trundle, beanbags, flat-screen TV, retro game system, over 200 kid's DVDs, and extensive board games.

Second Kid's Room: Two bunk beds (one with storage), play tepee, books, and games.

Upstairs King Suite: King bed, fireplace, sitting area, flat-screen TV, and spa-like en-suite with dual sinks and huge walk-in shower.

You'll also find a dedicated laundry room, baby gates, Nap Nook with crib and changing area, and a “parentphenalia” room stocked with baby gear so you don't have to bring it all along.

Outdoor Fun
Follow the pathway to the fire ring overlooking the pond, with handcrafted cedar benches, Adirondack chairs, and firewood provided. Our little boat “The Grey Heron” is ready for exploring or fishing, and life vests are provided in all sizes. The fishing house offers a mini-fridge, fan, electricity, and stools for a cozy fishing spot or picnic. Multiple porches and decks provide seating, dining, games, and play areas to enjoy the peaceful wooded setting.

No check-ins/outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Roads: Smooth, well-paved, motorcycle-friendly, with gentle curves. Just 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg.

Local Fun: Dollywood, Smoky Mountain hiking, waterparks, go-karts, shopping, and countless dining options nearby.
