Stroll home to our gorgeous, light-filled cottage located a bike's ride away from all local ocean beaches and just minutes walking to East Hampton shops and dining. This delightfully central location coupled with the classic architecture and luxurious furnishings of our 3 bedroom cottage make this your ideal Hamptons get-away.

Our home offers plenty of space for relaxing. A vaulted sun room, which doubles as a TV room, connects through French doors to a large deck enclosed on all sides for privacy. An eat-in kitchen opens into the dining room and living room, featuring designer furniture that is as comfortable as it is beautiful.

Each bedroom sleeps two: a king, queen, and two twin beds. Sink into new plush, pillow-top beds and linens, or curl up with a book and glass of wine on the generously over-sized couches in our living room and sun room. Our home features all new furnishings throughout. All floors are freshly lacquered white, and millwork beautifully restored to perfect your Hamptons beach experience.

Long Winter Weekend

Brenda was the perfect host - she made sure our stay was easy and her home was the ideal house for a long weekend. The house is like new and extremely comfortable. We specifically chose it because it was close to downtown East Hampton and it was a 8 min walk / 3 min drive to anywhere in downtown East Hampton. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a weekend getaway and a great host to make the stay seamless.

Montauk Cottage

Great spot, very nicely appointed, very clean, quaint and conveniently-located; our host was most helpful before and during our stay, especially with local information…and, always quick to respond. We would highly recommend; an especially nice alternative to typical local lodging, especially when staying for more than a couple of days.

Truly a home away from home

My husband and I felt quite at home in Brenda’s property. It was spacious and spotless; the bedroom(s) were very comfortable; kitchen items nicely stocked. The very short walk into town was delightful especially with the traffic during the summer. Beaches are lovely and within walking distance, too. Brenda’s home was everything we hoped it would be and more. We hope to return to her home next year. Thank you, Brenda.

Best Location For Hamptons Weekend!

Absolutely loved our stay!! The cottage was in such a wonderful location to get all around the Hamptons within about 20 min max (Montauk, Sag Harbor, Amagansett, etc). Egypt Beach was beautiful and not crowded at this time of year. Weather was great to lounge on the deck. Overall, couldn’t have better things to say! Brenda was super helpful and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. 🙂

Beyond Premier

We had a 5 star experience in this beautiful East Hampton home, everything was perfect, just as described. The weather was exceptional for this time of year, but just as we were leaving they predicted a bad storm to hit. Our host Benda reached out and extended a hand by offering us as much time as we needed to wait out the storm. Her kindness will not be forgotten, she was and is "Beyond Premier" in our book. :)

Perfect spot

I had booked Brenda’s place over a year in advance for my nephew’s wedding, figuring we would be past Covid by that point. As the date approached, and my daughter wasn’t able to be vaccinated yet, I cancelled our trip, but Brenda was gracious enough to allow the reservation to be transferred to my brother and his family. Brenda was great to work with. My brother stayed with his wife and 3 teenagers. Here are his comments: The location was excellent. Clean and lots of room. Well decorated. Thanks again for arranging it. It was allot more convenient than where we were booked.

Amazing house, even better location!

Had a great stay with family. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Can walk into town in 5 minutes, and 25 minutes walk to Egypt Beach. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend for anyone traveling to Easthampton.

Wonderful Stay

I love this cottage!

This is now my 4th year staying at the beautiful little cottage and this time I stayed for a month! I missed it last year, for all the obvious C-19 reasons and when I returned I realized how much I missed it. Brenda is a wonderful host. I cannot wait to return again!

Spring Weekend in the Hamptons

My wife and I had a relaxing long weekend staying in East Hampton. The location is excellent as it sits between East Hampton and Amagansett and is an easy (~20 minute) walk to Egypt beach! The outdoor patio is private and was perfect for grilling in the evening. Brenda communicates thoroughly and was available to answer any questions that arose during our stay.

East Hampton in the off-season!

My husband and I spent two weeks at the end of March in celebration of being double vaccinated. We enjoy the East End and wanted a change of scenery after the long Covid "at home" year. Our stay was restorative, pleasant and busy. Brenda's charming house/cottage was highly functional, immaculately clean and comfortable. The seasonal weather prevented us from enjoying the deck and outdoor dining area...certainly those features would make the spaces "live even bigger" in the warmer months. The rooms are cozy and the furnishings and interesting artwork made for a pleasant indoors environment. The TVs and internet were AOK too. . The location was perfect...we walked everywhere---into both EH and Amangansett, (a longer walk) to the beaches and through some dazzling neighborhoods "South of the Highway." Even though the place is right on Pantigo Rd., there were sidewalks that took us everywhere. The noise from the street was minimal but the windows were shut in March of course. Brenda was a superb host. She is caring, responsive, informative and helpful. We corresponded quite a bit throughout our visit... a friendly, helpful give and take. She takes a very personal interest in her renters and makes the whole "home away from home" vibe feel genuine and delightful. We were very pleased and thank Brenda for all her good work to make our stay pleasant and full of suggested things to do, even in March!

Lovely house in a great location.

Lovely house that is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Walking distance to town and a few minutes drive to Egypt Beach makes it the perfect location. The owner was incredibly helpful and available for any questions. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great location and perfect house for a small family

We enjoyed our time here - the location was perfect for walking to EH town and was a short 3 minute drive to Amagansett. We also spent a fair bit of time in Sag Harbor which was a quick drive. The house was exactly as expected. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with washer dryer, lots of communal space (living room, sunroom and dining room). It also had tons of light and windows. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space because of weather but it looked enjoyable too. Brenda was a huge help - very communicative about our visit beforehand, proactively reaching out to help us fix the thermostat when we accidentally turned off the heat and recommending places to try while in EH. We’d recommend the house to anyone looking for a getaway - it’s obviously best for a family or small group. Great week away!
