Includes propane grill for outside cooking. Offroad parking for two cars.

We had an incredible stay in Boothbay Harbor. The cottage is in a great location- close proximity to Barrett’s Park and to downtown. Sherry was so kind, helpful, and responsive. The cottage was very comfortable. My family all commented on how comfortable the beds were. We’d love to stay again!

Great house and location. Fit all six of us fine. Good base for coastal travel and Boothbay Harbor is beautiful. Able to take the walking bridge into town and enjoy restaurants and excursions highly recommended

Great stay in Boothbay Harbor

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, from a dishwasher and kitchen gadgets to a washer/dryer – perfect for our group of three adults and three children. It felt very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room. We loved the fantastic location, being able to walk to the beach and downtown via the charming footbridge. We discovered so many great local spots! While we did have a minor issue with bugs due to unusual weather, the owner was incredibly quick to respond and resolve it, even sending an exterminator. Overall, we're happy we chose to stay here.

Hanging Out on Hillcroft

We enjoyed our stay at 5 Hillcroft Road! Think grandma and grandpa’s Maine cabin - rustic, quaint, and spacious home nestled in the hillside neighborhood just above Boothbay Harbor. The main town of Boothbay is 5 minutes away, so plenty of restaurants and shopping to easily explore! We took several day trips - Portland, Pemaquid, Camden, and the breathtaking botanical gardens…. And somehow we always managed to start and/or end our trips shopping in Boothbay Harbor - we could have stayed another week to properly explore them all! Back to Hillcroft - many rooms to spread out in - well stocked, cute kitchen; separate dining area with a large table in a converted porch room with a washer and dryer; comfy family room to play games and watch tv, with plenty of streaming services to binge on. Plenty of places to lay your head at night - downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, upstairs very spacious loft with a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a futon couch; and a separate bedroom with a queen bed and 1 twin bed next to the loft. Newly remodeled full bathroom and a second shower and toilet downstairs; half bathroom in the loft for our upstairs sleepers. The yard is massive, with a nice deck to hang out on. We enjoyed walks every night around the beautiful neighborhood that surrounded this home away from home. Sherrie, the owner, is super nice and answered all my questions before we arrived, so I never needed to reach out during our stay!

Wonderful stay in Boothbay Harbor

The cottage is perfectly situated in Boothbay Harbor, and a great stay for the full family (including the pup!). Aside from venturing out for hiking or a grocery store run, we left the car behind every day. It is a short walk into town, or a nice stroll to Barrett's Park where you can swim on warmer days. The house is well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and there are several areas to relax and unwind after an adventurous day. On top of that, Sherry is a wonderful, communicative host and we look forward to our next stay!
