This property has stunning lake access to launch your boat and enjoy a day on Crescent Lake! Come enjoy the beautiful lake scenery with our local wildlife including Eagles, River Otters, Gators, nesting Osprey, the resident Hawks, cormorants and rest of the fantastic wildlife here at the lake. The property offers new living spaces, kitchens, baths and bedrooms. The lake property offers awesome lake amenities for fishing, sunbathing, corn hole, horseshoes, covered pavilion, long fishing pier, boat basin, boat ramp and a beautiful Cypress preserve. Why they chose this property

After searching for years for the right property, I found this diamond in the rough in a secluded community. This property was a Fish camp for almost 70 years and fell into dis-repair, so I rebuilt it for our family, friends and guests to enjoy. Unbeatable sunrises surrounded by our beautiful lake property with the natural cypress hammocks and native beauty to enjoy or just rest in the shade.
