Parking was fairly connfusing to find but when we did find it someone was parked in our spot. Tried to sort out with host for better part of an hour then just paid for parking. Host has not paid us back for the 80 of event night parking. The place itself is kinda run down. No central A/C just two window units in 2 of the bedrooms. Rest of the place has none. Lots of little things broken or missing. Great location for events though and a very secure building. Dicey neighborhood at night.
Air conditioning was not working, it was a little bit warm. Overall great location. Pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. Parking was easy to find with the video provided.
Good location, great view, very comfortable overall. No air conditioning and the unit was quite warm. Sun comes in very early and bright! Needed better instructions for accessing the hot tub. Luckily the very nice security guard helped direct us. Everyone was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Great property and location. The check in process was a little complicated, but the owner was responsive and answered all questions promptly. Would highly recommend this listing.
My family and friends stayed one night before our cruise! What a wonderful stay! The place was clean with plenty of extras. The views and location were perfect! We walked to great spots for sites, shopping, food and drinks. I’d highly recommend this place to stay!
Overall excellent area close to transit and restaurants. Place was clean and well equipped. Great view. Enjoyed our stay would recommend this property if you are looking for a downtown location

We walked into the condo and the temperature inside was 96F. Immediately contacted the owner and he basically said to turn on the floor A/C units. The units were rigged up to blow the hot air outside through windows that were propped open with paper towel tubes. The hot air just blew back into the condo. There were 3 A/C unis, and they never successfully cooled the condo during our stay. The rigged up hot air tube fell out of the window in one of the bedrooms in the middle of the night. In addition, because the windows were propped open, the noise from the subway cars was really bad at night, The owner was not sympathetic to our issues, except to offer that we stay in the unit all day and wait for a repair person. The unit has seen better days in general. We also discovered coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, and were not sure how long that they had been in the coffee maker. There were dust bunnies under all the A/C units. Overall, it was a most unsatisfactory experience. I have pictures to show the rigged up A/C units.
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Great pool and hot tub facilities. The condo is well stocked and decorated lovely. The host was very easily to get ahold of and great communication. Defiantly a gem of a place in Vancouver. Highly recommend this rental!
Did not check out the pool, had issues getting the TV to work. Would appreciate more towels (and a little softer). Otherwise, apartment was clean and close to metro.
The breathtaking view of the lights of Vancouver made up for the street and train noise. The central location allowed us to walk to the Chinese Garden and other sights we were interested in visiting, as well as eating at fabulous restaurants and cafes. It was the perfect place to start our family reunion before heading to Vancouver Island.
This property has beautiful views of all that is available to do in the Olympic village. It is close to transportation and was well equipped for our family of 7. Follow the directions to enter and it is easy.
Roomy condo for our family concert adventure. Nice location; close to the arenas, Gastown, the water. Clean and bright. Definitely noisy but that’s the city for you!

Host was receptive. The condo is in rough shape. AC exhaust are installed using tape and particle board (I think). Couch is dirty, stove is missing front cover, and the temperature was always very warm. It was 10 degrees outside but we needed all AC units running all the time to make the condo comfortable. Pool, sauna, and gym were great. In general the condo needs some TLC.
Close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. The train during the night is loud even with the windows closed and on the 35th floor. Earplugs help. Balconies were lovely. Kitchen had everything (pretty plates 😊.) A little tight for 7, but we all were comfortable.
This tastefully decorated and convenient 35th floor apartment has a wonderful view over South and East Vancouver. The beds were nicely on the firm side and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook in. The only downside is that the building is right next to the train and so there is some noise from that, but, if that bothers you during sleeping, a pair of earplugs makes it go away. A great base for exploring Vancouver and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Poor checkin
Location is wonderful but checkin was challenging. Other occupants extremely rude upon entrance. Actually alarming.
The unit was clean, easy to access, and in a convenient location. We didn't use the parking, pool, hot tub, or exercise room. The unit is advertised as "sleeps 9" but I don't see how you could put more than 7 here. Some things in the unit were poorly maintained. There were several handles only partially attached on drawers and cabinets, At one point the handle to the balcony door came off as my wife was trying to open it. The shower curtain in the smaller bathroom kept falling down. Our main complaint is with the air conditioning. We stayed here in early July with outside temperatures reaching 75F/24C. There are three portable AC units. The one in the smaller bedroom (with a queen bed) wouldn't cool the room despite blowing out cool air, and this room stayed uncomfortably warm. The living area AC worked pretty well, but on our third day leaked water all over the floor (which we noticed quickly and cleaned up). The small bedroom with a twin bed had no AC in it and was also uncomfortably warm. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We saw a few people using drugs, some passed out, and a lot of homeless. Generally, it felt safe to walk around though, especially with the daylight lasting until 10pm or so in July. There is a drugstore nearby and several good places to eat.All the beds are extremely firm. Overall, this place was decent but didn't feel worth the over 1000/night we paid for it.
The battery on the door lock had run out. We called the contact and he ws able to come by in a few hours to replace the battery. We were able to go about our plans for the day without interruption.
Great home for a family or for individuals who need their own sleeping space (3) bedrooms--2 queens & 1 twin and (2) washrooms, one in master and second in hallway across from other main bedroom. During these hot months, you need to open the sliding doors in the evening for a while to air out the place and hopefully get a cool breeze; the portable A/Cs were appreciated but can only do so much. There is a lot of city noise coming from the sky train and endless ambulance/fire truck sirens in this part of town. Noise is lessened when everything is closed up. Walking distance to Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese garden, which is a quiet, calming place in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. Also very close to BC Place, etc. This is in Chinatown, so you'll see a lot of folks loitering outside the building, but never did we feel unsafe; they were just doing their own thing. Great views of the city.
There was a "scheduled" power outage from 11pm to 4am, which we were not told about, my kids went to a concert that evening so getting back to no elevator service and staying on the 35th floor was absolutely Terrible! We had to walk up then back down to lwave to stay at a friends place at 1am in the mrng, i will never recommend this property to anyone, the owner's could care less about pur stay and didnt respond when asked why there no power. Never Again
