Whether you're lounging by the stunning saltwater pool, relaxing in the spa, or hosting a family reunion, birthday, or simply celebrating life, Casa Dolphina offers the perfect setting. The spacious corner lot is an ideal spot for enjoying Fourth of July fireworks and New Year's Eve celebrations.

The chic tiki hut offers a sweet spot for social gatherings, seamlessly blending relaxation with fun. Our golf putt-putt area and private dock are perfect for on-site activities. Launch kayaks from the remote-controlled platform to explore the nearby island, or try your hand at fishing for a fresh catch.

Though Casa Dolphina offers complete relaxation, it is conveniently located close to the vibrant buzz of downtown St. Petersburg and the world-famous beaches.

Winter RX

First of all our hosts were awesome, secondly we experienced a private outside oasis that was great for the littlest (2 months to the oldest 86 yr old in our family. We are a four generation family that loves being together and we had ample bedrooms, baths, a well supplied kitchen and three large tables we could eat and share time together.Our son-in law found his way to the dock every chance he had to catch fish, mostly small but still loved it. We had dophin shows frequently.

Amazing vacation

We picked this location due to all the amenities it had, that I thought would be great for my family. The hosts were excellent and super helpful with any of our questions or needs and was always there whenever we had a question or a need. Super friendly couple! My boys love fishing and we were able to fish right off the dock. We were visited by dolphins and stingrays every single morning around 7:30-8:30! We loved it! The property was beautiful and the boys loved playing pool, fishing, swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals. We wanted to stay another week and most definitely will be back if we go to that area again!

This is a great property

This was our second stay at Casa Dolphina and it did not disappoint. Very comfortable property. Well appointed and had everything 9 adults could ask for. We loved spending time on the lanai and in the dining room. Beautiful sunsets. The home is close to shopping and events. The owners are very welcoming and thoughtful individuals. Can't say enough about the home.

Simply the BEST

Myself and 8 others found casa dolphina to be one of our favorite trips that we’ve ever been on (personally I put it at the top of my list of vacations) - the location is so beautiful it’s hard to put into words, besides the stunning views and activities offered at the house it is in a very convenient (and beautiful) location, easy to get to and with very short drives to and from popular locations such as downtown Saint Pete’s and the beaches (nothing was ever further than 30 minutes away) the house had every amenity you would need for a long trip and honestly you could stay at the house for every day of your trip and still have a blast. In conclusion 10/10 Hosts, 10/10 location and a 10/10 experience Fabienne and Gerold made it a point to make us feel special and also were super cooperative and communicative, we would not have had such a great trip without them!

Our Home for the Holidays

This property was perfect for our family holiday stay! The view and amenities were amazing and close to so many other activities! (Beach, shopping, Dinner cruises, etc.) There were plenty of dolphin sightings, fishing off the pier, time in the pool/hot tub...and several family meals courtesy of the large outdoor gas grill. We were a family of 6 adult couples with lots of room and plenty to do. The home was well equipped with all essentials, and you really only need to grab a few groceries, unpack and you're home! We also could not have asked for a better VRBO host! They were so welcoming and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this property!

Perfection!

My family and our close friends spent a week at Casa Dolphina. The property exceeded our expectations. The owners were absolutely the nicest people. Fabienne and Gerold greeted us with a homemade baked Tart which everyone enjoyed for breakfast. From kayaking to fishing, corn hole and playing pool at night… there were so many things to do. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to go back!! I think we have found our forever VRBO rental in St Pete at Casa Dolphina ❤️

Beautiful Morning - Amazing Sunsets

Our stay at this waterfront paradise was nothing short of magical! This was not our first time renting this property, and we will be back again! The property exceeded expectations with its breathtaking views and thoughtful amenities. Waking up and enjoying coffee on the deck overlooking the water was pure bliss. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature’s beauty. We are already planning my next family stay!

Labor Day weekend with friends

A group of friends and I get together every year for Labor Day weekend (20 years and still going) and this year we rented this place. It was one of our best vacations ever, So relaxing, lots of free amenities ie pool, pool table, hot tub, kayaks, grill, comfortable space for all of us, great layout of the house, close to a small island to explore, large bedrooms with comfortable beds, views that make you never want to leave, boat dock to tie up too, the owners that go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and were so kind to bring us some welcome goodies and a sweet parting gift (Thank you so much!!). If you rent this place, you will not regret it. We will definitely be back and can't wait to enjoy this place again.

Life IS Beautiful!

Today I am home after a week at this luscious property and I can't even get out of bed. I'm depressed - I admit it. Because our vacation was summer perfection. What a wonderful week we had at this glittering, immaculate gem. The lovely hosts greeted us with homemade cupcakes and candy and a wish for a super time. We cooked, we swam, we cooked, we jumped back in the pool. We played actual pool in the Billiard Room. We lounged in the Media Room. And we cooked some more. Then back into the water. The home has everything you could want for - kayaks and launching dock, hot tub, huge pool deck/patio, outside putting green, comfortable private bedrooms, fully-stocked kitchen and a huge dining room table for meals, games and puzzles. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area but if you can spend the day floating in a pool and waving at boats going by - why would you leave? But we had to - eventually. We left with a ton of pictures and a beautiful thank you gift from our wonderful hosts Fabienne & Gerold! We will be back. Soon!

We arrived as tropical storm Debbie passed by. Even though the weather was bad for a day and half we had plenty of fun utilizing the game room to play pool, board games to entertain ourselves. After the storm passed we had beautiful weather and was able to soak up the sun by the pool, The girls loved the pool and the guys loved fishing from the dock where they caught dinner a couple days. The owners were awesome and. Rey responsive to any questions or needs we had before and during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again. The house had everything we wanted and needed for a wonderful and friends vacation.

I can’t say enough about our family vacation last week! The house was perfect; exactly as depicted in the photos. The owners were exceptional. AMAZING VACATION!

If you want your BEST vacation at the BEST place - book this house! It is my 2nd time staying here and I lived it as much as the first time! The house, the pool, the outdoor space and the dock to enjoy the water & fish - book this house now! Fabienne and Gerald are such incredible owners and so very helpful! They make you feel like VIP guests. I promise you will have the time of your life at this house! I took my 17 and 14 year old daughters with 4 of their friends. Made so many memories. You will too!

Casa Dolphina, Fabienne and Gerold (owners) rate well ABOVE five out of five star rating for our diverse family. This home offered our 4 generation family ranging in age from 2 years to 76 years old SO much space, privacy, fun and entertainment. The owners live locally and stopped by to greet us with delicious home baked cupcakes, wine and a personalized memory from our stay. We will certainly return! Thank you for your hospitality <3

Fantastic Family Vacation

Great location. Very clean. Beautiful backyard for fishing, swimming, kayaking and enjoying all the different wildlife. Added bonus were all the fireworks on the 4th. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing destination

This house has room for everyone! It had the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. We used the pool table everyday and the swimming pool was the perfect size and temp. We enjoyed the kayaks and exploring the island. The most gracious owners you will ever meet and they even brought us cupcakes and a special gift for a birthday. You will want to come back again and again. We saw dolphin and manatee almost everyday from the dock. I can not say enough about this place and it’s close to stores and restaurants! The sunsets were unbelieveable. We enjoyed every minute at this amazing home!

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

The house is as pictured - comfortable beds, various dining options for family, everything we could have possibly needed. BUT, the outside is where the Magic happens!!! Incredible view, pool, dock, kayak lift, etc. What sets this rental property apart from the rest are the Hosts!!! Fabienne and Gerold are the kindest and most responsive hosts we have ever encountered! From providing information about local places, to the cupcakes, to the little surprises left for us - they made the difference! Rent this place - you will not be disappointed!!!

Awesome family vacation location!

We had an awesome week at Casa Dolphina! The owners, Fabienne and Gerold, were very thoughtful to welcome us with a visit and answer any questions we might have. They even brought us a yummy treat and a gift prior to our departure. The layout, with bedrooms on the first floor was perfect for family members who were not able to comfortably go up and down stairs. The house had everything we needed and more! We were especially pleased with the lift for kayaks and enjoyed kayaking the area. Most of our time was spent in the 4 seasons room and outdoors enjoying all the amenities in the beautiful resort like backyard. Daily passes of the dolphins were a highlight. A family member destination wedding brought us to the area and this home was perfect for us. We highly recommend this home for large family vacations!
