Täysin kunnostettu queen size-patjoilla kahdessa makuuhuoneessa, jokaisella on oma sisäänkäynti. Kolmas makuuhuone on turvallinen lapsille kuningatar kerrossänky alas ja täysin ylös. Uusi laminaatti koko (ei Kiinasta). Uusi maali kaikkialla.
55 "LED olohuoneessa. 32" LED isännässä, 32 ”LCD toisessa aikuisten makuuhuoneessa,
kaapeli ja nopea internetyhteys. Sininen ray-soitin mukana. Apple TV.

Comfortable lakeside house

This lakeside house was comfortable and clean. It had a well stocked kitchen and a big dining table for eating inside. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had nice sized closets for storage. The master bath shower was a bit small for us, but the main bath had a full bath shower/tub. We appreciated the nice yard, additional parking space close by, the fire pit area, dock, and use of the paddle boards and kayaks. The host was very pleasant and responsive to anything we needed!

Keep coming back

This was our third consecutive year staying at Ladd's House. Great location close to many unique places to relax with a drink and remove yourself from your normal crazy life. The house has pretty much everything you need. Great view of the lake and quiet mornings on the patio.

Short vacation

The house is fine for three people, four is the children are young enough to bunk together. The little lake is great for toddlers in sandy shallow are but reedy and mucky at four feet and beyond so not appealing for adult swimmers. Excellent beach south a short drive at lighthouse.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Ken, the owner, was very nice and accommodating. The kids had fun fishing and swimming off the dock. We loved everything about it and would stay here again.

Perfect place!

We loved having coffee looking out at the lake every morning! Location amazing and the stay was so comfortable! Best master bed I’ve slept in at any VRBO! Especially loved two separate bath rooms! We will definitely be back! Five stars!!!

Perfect location -

Beautiful lakefront property - great location in the middle of everything. Host was awesome - took the time to walk us through the property upon check in. House had an amazing view of the lake from the living room window. House was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids! The place is perfect size for 8 people! The shallow water near the dock is perfect for the kid's and less stress for the parents! The kids LOVED the kid sized kayaks that are there to use! Over all a great time and plan to be back for a 3rd time next year!!!

Pleasant Stay

Good location for both Silver Lake and Pentwater. Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the lake. Owners are nearby if you need them but do not make you feel like you are being watched.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation. The place was clean and stocked with anything you'd need. We did end up going to buy kayaks so we all could go not just the kids. But we had a fantastic time.

Right on water

Cottage was clean- had everything you need in the kitchen. Ken was very helpful We were there during the off season but this cottage would be a great place to stay after riding the dunes or walking ... close to town but extremely quiet area.

Great location, clean and roomy

Great cottage for our family of 4. Each of our 11 year old twin girls had their own bedroom and the roomy kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect end of the lake made for great days on the water. We loved the volleyball net in the water and kayaks; used them everyday. Ken was great to work with and we will definitely rent again.

Couldn’t ask for more

Had a great time. Home is supplied with everything you could Ask for and more. Very clean kids loved the sand box and fire pit. Water is very shallow at first so young kids had lots of room to play before deeper water.

Perfect Getaway

Aside from the weather not being in our favor at the beginning of the week, this rental was pretty awesome. Having lake access right at the house was great, and it was just the right amount of shallowness for my niece and nephew to play in the water. We also enjoyed having the use of their kayaks and paddle boat. Not to mention the location was quick access to all of the best things to do at Silver Lake. Sharon and Ken were great hosts and were available for all our needs!

Wonderful week of relaxation

We had a great week at the Upper Silver Lake cottage. We had 9 of us there and it was never cramped. Everything was so clean and spacious for our family. With 3 grand kids it can get overwhelming, but it was so relaxing and the water was perfect for our boat. We spend everyday in the water and on the dock. Nice firepit for at night and very clean property. They had everything we needed in the cottage and more!!

Awesome stay

We loved our stay at the lake house. It was the perfect size for our two families and fully furnished (just bring clothes, toiletries and food). We enjoyed grilling and campfires at sunset and the kids loved playing in the sand and the water. We also enjoyed use of the kayaks that were provided. The rental is within a five minute drive of the sand dunes and activities near Lake Michigan. It was easy to find, nice quiet area, and the owners (who live next door) are very welcoming and happy to provide anything you may need. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Amazing Vacation Getaway!!

My family and I just spent a week at this amazing cottage on upper silver lake. While the weather wasn't the greatest we still had an amazing time. The cottage itself is exceptionally nice, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, washer and dryer with a kitchen full of all necessary cooking supplies right on the water with a grill, fire pit, sandbox and a dock. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes from the sand dunes and a very cute little down town area. The owners were wonderful, very welcoming and helpful! We will definitely be returning next summer!

Silver Lake Tradition

Our extended family had plenty of room at Ladd’s Lake House. Ken & Sharon met us at house. They wanted to make sure we didn’t have any questions about their very clean, spacious lake home. We love being right on lake to kayak & fish. After driving over Sand Dunes all day, we came back to grill something for dinner. Then you have to have yearly s’mores made over fire pit with wood that’s provided. Our family would 💕 to rent house again!

Family weekend getaway

The property was very clean, had all the supplies needed (kitchen, bathrooms, entertainment in living room) and was in a beautiful spot on a lake. The house was well maintained and the house was nicely kept. The living room furniture and all the beds were comfortable. There was a dock for fishing and a sandy spot for the kids to play in. It was a short drive to Ludington, Muskegon and plenty of other attractions in the area in fall. The owner was very welcoming and waited up for us when we got in at night to let us in and show us the house. They were easy to reach as well during check in and out. The house had plenty of room for two adults and two young kids. They enjoyed sitting on the window seat in the living room watching all the birds swim or fly by and animals run by. It was a great spot to unwind. The guest bathroom had a tub which was great with kids for bath time and the master had a shower not big but functional. The only reason it didn’t get five stars was that we were there mid October on a cold weekend and found out that one bedroom and one bathroom had no heating vents to them while there. Therefore, that left the master bathroom cold and on the opposite side of the house the adult guest bedroom cold. We moved our one year old out of that bedroom and into the master bedroom so he wasn’t cold and we slept in the guest room but had to leave the door wide open to get heat in. The heat in the master bedroom and kids bunk bedroom was fine. Additionally the master bathroom was pretty cold so we just used the guest bathroom instead. We didn’t freeze but definitely would have been good to know that those two areas were not heated as it was definitely noticeable in cold weather.

Our favorite stay in Silver Lake

We’ve been vacationing to Silver Lake once a summer for a few years now. This was our favorite stay yet! The house was very clean and well taken care of. Ken was very kind and helpful. We loved the layout of the house, especially for our family. We could see the kids fishing off the dock and swimming even while in the living room, kitchen, or dinning room! Kids had a blast fishing and using the kids kayaks, loved those. Ken restocked the firewood after our bonfires without us even asking. It was a short drive to the dunes, which is part of why we love Silver Lake! We would love to stay here again!
