Easy living

Everything about this place is easy. Great office communication and check in took less than 2 minutes! Tons of stairs to access condo's and elevator is quick as well. Everything was very clean. I'm guessing this unit is a bit outdated in comparison to some, but it's just fine for a beach location. And the location is ideal...literally less than 30 seconds from the door to the beach. Loved riding bikes everyday, and very close to most groceries and places to eat. Would recommend for those looking for a low key, quiet vacation spot.

Beautiful location

We are frequent visitors to Sanibel and always have a great experience. This time around it was a bit difficult trying to book a condo and with that said I am happy i got this one as the location was perfect for the price. I knew from the pictures on line that it was a bit dated, However this condo is in desperate need of a make over. Kitchen and bath go way back. I am not so picky about these things but this was the most well preserved 1990"s decor i have ever seen. All was very clean!!! with the exception of the coffee maker.

Typically “beachy”

Unit 602 was a very short walk to beach with a bit of an ocean view. Decor just a little dated, but bright and cheery - we actually enjoyed the vibe. AC worked great. Cons: Wireless disappointing for watching films in the evening. (They are working on upgrades) Poor cleaning. We found pots unwashed in the drawers and the floors needed more than the quick wet mop they seem to have gotten. Also the buildings stairs were never swept nor cleaned during our week and there were food and soda spills and bird poop. (I recommend having the stairs hosed off every few days.)

Beach condo was great

We had a great stay and an amazing vacation. The condo amd facilities were very nice and clean and comfortable and the best part was the direct access to the beach. Also kids loved the swimming pool we would definitly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend this location. Right on the beach. The property was dated but perfect for weeks stay. Quiet and the check in process was very simple. Would definitely go back.

Great place for our family vacation!

We found this condo to be very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need, the showers were hot, and the beds were comfortable. This condo is very close to the beach, which is beautiful. The complex overall is well maintained and the pool was great. Kids couldn't get enough of the pool! We also enjoyed the lenai with the ocean view. The only potential downside is that the AC in the unit did not seem very efficient at cooling and instructions stated not to lower the thermostat past 74 degrees which didn't help matters.

Sanibel Siesta was a fabulous resort. Great views of the ocean, lush landscapes, beautiful pool.

We loved our unit with perfect views of the ocean from the balcony and the sunrise from the front glass door. Just 30 steps down the path, it was easy to stroll back and forth to the beach at sunrise, low tide, break for lunch, afternoon walk, sunset.... We found the most amazing shells. We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing!

I had looked at some of the previous reviews and they said the unit was out-dated. We didn't find that to be true at all. The couch pillows were a problem at times to keep on the sofa, but we didn't spend much time indoors any way. We had a fantastic time! Thank you!!!

Great views and close to the beach

This is a really nice condo. The decor is dated and the wifi is spotty, but overall, a great place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is clean. The views are also much better than in the pics. The best part is the less than 5 minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again easily.
