Remodelado y muy actualizado frente a la playa! Pasos a la arena! Precios inmaculados / excelentes

Muy actualizado, "playero", todos los muebles y ropa de cama nuevos, unidad de baño completo de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con fabulosas vistas al golfo desde todas las ventanas. Frente a la playa tan cerca que puedes escuchar las olas y ver el delfín! Esta unidad está en el borde de la arena. Compara nuestros puntos de vista con todos los demás. Algunos dirán "vista del Golfo", pero el Golfo está a una cuadra de distancia. No entrecerrar los ojos para ver la playa! Esto realmente es frente a la playa. Las tarifas semanales se descuentan aprox. 15%, las estancias de 28 días o más tienen un descuento del 20%. Se proporcionan sillas de playa (incluidas sillas de tamaño infantil) y una sombrilla grande y en el garaje. Traiga sus propias toallas de playa o arréglelos / cómprelos en nuestra oficina en el sitio. Los niños juguetes de playa también están en el garaje. Nota: las camas gemelas en el segundo dormitorio se pueden combinar con un rey y los muebles en ambos dormitorios son nuevos en 2018, ¡muy bonitos! ¡Muchas gracias por considerar nuestro condominio perfecto para escaparse de la isla, frente a la playa en la isla de Sanibel! Nuestra familia ha venido a Sanibel Island por más de 40 años y me gustaría compartir algunas reflexiones sobre lo que creemos que hace que Sanibel sea único y especial, y por qué nuestro condominio (unidad 607) es su hogar perfecto frente a la playa desde ... casa. Mire a través de las imágenes y vea si está de acuerdo. ¡Una bienvenida especial a nuestros visitantes internacionales! Además, si estás pensando en una boda en la playa, ¡este puede ser tu lugar! Nuestro personal de administración en el lugar ha oficiado pequeñas bodas en la playa, solo pregunte.

Primero, aquí hay algunos hechos rápidos sobre la unidad (Unidad 607). Se encuentra en Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, una comunidad de resort / condominio. Nuestra unidad (607) es impecable, espaciosa, de dos habitaciones (rey principal y dos gemelas en el segundo dormitorio que se puede convertir en una cama king), dos baños, actualizado, bien amueblado unidad con camas nuevas, colchones nuevos y ropa de cama con una cama oculta de tamaño queen. Es muy luminoso y con playas! El condominio puede dormir cómodamente hasta 6 personas. Está justo en la playa y tiene excelentes vistas del Golfo desde cada ventana y la lanai filtrada. Tiene encimeras de granito, pisos de cerámica, muebles nuevos / nuevos, completamente repintados en 2017, sala de estar con la última TV de 40 pulgadas con WiFi y pantalla plana de 4K, dormitorios con TV de pantalla plana, cable, Internet y todas las comodidades del hogar .

Nuestra unidad tiene un garaje que es imprescindible debido al calor del sol de Florida. Nuestros clientes comentan a menudo lo bonito es la unidad y la ubicación fenomenal. Nos encanta escuchar eso y están en constante actualización de la unidad, ya que es nuestro hogar lejos de casa también!

Y ahora déjeme decirle lo que hace que la isla de Sanibel tan especial. Se inicia al salir de la parte continental frenético y comenzar su viaje a través del puente a la isla. En definitiva, es un "wow" momento como ves el sol bailando el agua azul cristalino. Es posible que tenga un pelícano o dos después de su coche, como diciendo "bienvenido / bienvenida de nuevo", o puede ver delfines nadando con gracia en la bahía, o ver a algunos pescadores en sus barcos, así como parasails y tablas de paddle. El hermoso paseo por el agua nunca envejece y es el "inicio" oficial de sus vacaciones.

Al ingresar a la isla, experimentará la diferencia de Sanibel; Sanibel no tiene semáforos, ni grandes cadenas de restaurantes de comida rápida, ni rascacielos ni autopistas, ni feos centros comerciales. Lo que sí tiene son muchos hábitats naturales, santuarios de vida silvestre protegidos para explorar, kilómetros de senderos para bicicletas, playas de conchas vírgenes, montones y montones de conchas para que los niños recolecten, centros turísticos bellamente mantenidos, casas elegantes con mucho espacio verde y de Por supuesto, las cálidas aguas del Golfo de México. Si está buscando un lugar para relajarse y desconectarse, ¡aquí está!

Si le gustan los deportes de agua, este es definitivamente su lugar. Se puede alquilar un barco y crucero por los cursos de agua entre la costa y explorar las otras islas de la barrera, que son accesibles sólo por barco (uno de nuestros favoritos cosas que hacer). Algunas de las islas están habitadas y algunos no lo son. Puede anclar su bote y vadear o nadar hasta la orilla, explorar la isla y realizar bombardeos. Probablemente verá delfines, aves silvestres, manatíes, mantarrayas y posiblemente una o dos tortugas marinas. En cuanto a nuestro condominio (Unidad 607), tiene todas las cosas que personalmente busco en una casa de vacaciones; está impecable, bien amueblado y mantenido, actualizado, tiene una gran vista del Golfo desde todas las ventanas y el lanai con mosquitero, se encuentra en un pequeño complejo turístico inmaculadamente mantenido (Sanibel Siesta en la playa) con una piscina climatizada (refrigerado en el verano), canchas de tenis, alquiler de bicicletas en la propiedad, campo de golf literalmente al otro lado de la calle, baraja, Internet, y está ubicado en Fulgur Street y Middle Gulf Drive (que está directamente en la playa). Sanibel Siesta es uno de los pocos condominios / resorts que se permite construir tan cerca del agua del Golfo (ver la pestaña "Ubicación" para ver que nuestra unidad está directamente en la playa, no en el Golfo Medio, como muchos lo hacen). Además, solo dos de los edificios de Sanibel Siesta se encuentran directamente en la playa y nuestra unidad se encuentra en uno de los dos edificios frente al golfo directamente en la playa. En la Unidad 607, estás tan cerca del agua que puedes escuchar las olas.

Beautiful condo!

When we arrived at our condo, it felt as though we were "at home"! It was very comfortable, and very well furnished with everything we would have in our own home. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool, the close walk to the grills, and we really loved the view of the ocean and the short walk there! We plan to visit here next year as well!

Great place!

Unit 607 at Sanibel Siesta was perfect for us! We were two couples, and the two king beds and separate bathrooms were awesome - and I love the versatility of either a king or two twins! The beds were super comfortable...and this is coming from the princess and the pea - I RARELY sleep well, but I didn't move once I hit the pillow! The kitchen was well appointed and beautiful with granite and great appliances. We cooked breakfast in every morning and loved having snacks and beverages as we wanted. We experienced ZERO issues while we stayed here, but the check in/out process at the front desk was seamless and the people were very friendly. Location is perfect - right on the beach and easy to walk/bike or drive to anywhere on the island. We hope to be back, we loved it!

spacious, updated and peaceful top floor

This was a dream, from view to decor. We've enjoyed Sanibel for 35 plus years and this was as good as it gets. Nice people everywhere at Sanibel Siesta, from neighbors to office! The 2 coffee makers made for convenient coffee options! (Remember to buy water, though, because I didn't remember and was reminded that a good cup of coffee with Sanibel water is difficult!)! We did leave a little dolphin night light in the gorgeous master for the next guests; as it is otherwise equipped with support bars by toilet, etc. and it was good for my mom, who has newly reduced mobility. It's an easy couple of doors from the elevator to the condo! Christina did a cheerful, tasteful sleek redo of this incredible condo! The view and spacious Lanai is the absolute highlight! Grounds are kept natural, beautiful, clean.

Everything and more! If we vacation in Sanibel again we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Our family of 6 stayed in this unit for spring break 2017. The unit exceeded expectations. The owner was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions (and I had alot since we had never rented a place for vacation before). She was very involved with the whole process from beginning to end and checked in with me via email during our stay to make sure everything was ok. She went above and beyond, even providing me with a list of family friendly things to do/places to eat on the island and giving great suggestions for a family on a budget. The condo was beautiful...the pictures are great but don't do justice. We were so close to the beach we didn't even need to use our beach wagon. This unit provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys at no extra charge. I thought being on the 2nd floor would be a hassle hauling things but there are luggage carts at the elevators if needed and because this units's garage is literally 15 steps from the sand we just carried the beach stuff to and from the beach. If we return to this island for vacation we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Superb beach views, spacious and clean

Our family of four (two children ages 15 and 11) had a marvelous time on Sanibel in this unit. The unit was extremely clean and very well stocked. The views were beautiful, and being steps from the beach was so convenient. The lanai was a favorite spot to be when we were up in the condo. I don't think we'd ever tire of the sound of the waves hitting the shore. The heated pool was a nice complement to the beach, especially for our younger one who wanted to swim every day. We didn't take advantage of the bike rental but it was nice to know we could rent from the complex if we had wanted. Biking is definitely a good way to get around the island. Christine was very responsive no matter what time of day we contacted her. We really appreciated the information she sent to us beforehand about what to do on the island, where to eat, visit, etc. Our stay wasn't real long so it was nice to have this information beforehand so we could plan our stay. The check in and check out process couldn't have been easier. The office staff were pleasant and friendly and very welcoming. We never encountered any issues during our stay, yet I believe if we did, the staff would have been responsive. Thank you Lisa K. (formeroccupant) for the dolphin night light. Our girls liked having that at night! Also, I should mention that there are plenty of beach chairs, toys, a beach umbrella, pool noodles, sand toys, etc., in the unit's garage which was an added bonus for us. That beach umbrella allowed us to stay on the beach longer! No doubt we highly recommend this unit and hope to make it back to Sanibel some day!

Great view of ocean. Spacious. Clean.

Christine was great. We came here with twin 2 year Olds and a 9 year old and there was plenty of space. She paid out of pocket to provide us with an extra crib and 2 high chairs. Was very nice place and pool was really warm, which was good consideringwe were there during the coldest weather in the past 3 years. Thanks. Would book this one again.

Great property, great beach, great amenities

We had a wonderful trip. 10 days in a condo with two kids could feel tight, but not in this property. A well furnished condo with everything we needed. Beach access right out of the building. Everything was incredibly clean in the condo and around the complex. The pool was wonderful, and the staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. The garage was well stocked with chairs, noodles, beach toys, etc. The owner reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely come back to this condo! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Would return tomorrow ~ ~ ~ great condo!

What a perfect spot on Sanibel! The condo was exactly as described and shown in photos, or even better. Very comfortable, very Florida, yet homey and inviting. Amazing how much great equipment was stashed in the small but high-end kitchen, which we barely touched since we ate out most meals. We loved the cute white dishes. As for proximity to the beach....look no further! The grounds are immaculate, the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. More beach stuff in the garage than we could ever have used, just for the two of us. Parking beneath the building wasn't particularly a perk in November, but in the summer heat would really be wonderful. The salt water pool was perfect too, so refreshing and easy on the eyes (or was that the hunky guy who hung out there?!) My only suggestion is to update after-hours check-in instructions, which direct you to get the key from the Holiday Inn next door. In our late night arrival, driving around searching for Holiday Inn in total darkness wasn't fun, because it doesn't exist! The ownership changed a few years ago, I was told, and I don't recall the new name of that hotel. They did have our key, however. Billy's Bike Rental had our bikes waiting in the garage as promised, and my husband especially made use of his....crowning achievement was riding all the way to the end of Captiva and back one afternoon, 25 miles! I wasn't that ambitious but had fun nonetheless. Thanks for sharing your outstanding Sanibel getaway! Debbie & Gregg, Louisville KY

Great unit!

If you want to be right on a non-crowded beach, this unit is for you. Literally steps from the sand, and you can hear the waves while you sleep. Master bed is extremely comfortable, and the unit is very clean! The owner, Chris, is fantastic, and provided a list of things to do in the area with our kids. We did most of them, and none disappointed! We had one tropical storm day, and were able to take advantage of the family games and books in the unit. A very thoughtful addition! Only hiccup we had was that our truck (F250) was too tall to fit into the garage with the unit, so we did need to park and walk a short distance, but this would not be a problem for 90% of vehicles. This is a great property with a very friendly and available owner. Would highly recommend for those with kids! Hope to return in the future!

Great condo!

Great location and view. The condo has been tastefully upgraded recently and the beds are comfy. Pictures on the website are accurate. Plenty of towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, extra trash bags, etc.. The unit has it's own enclosed garage which was a blessing during the hot summer. :) The beach umbrella, beach chairs, pool noodles, pool floats, sand buckets, shovels and beach toys were stored in the garage and available for us to use for free. No issues with Internet or TV (I've had problems with other rentals in the past) and it's a quick drive to Periwinkle (the main street). We brought our 5 year old and our 6 month old for a long weekend and it was a perfect getaway before the craziness of school begins in a couple weeks.

Comfortable ocean view

Clean and comfortable with tile floors and modern furniture. Ceiling fans and all stainless appliances add to the comfort. Nothing was lacking. When we decided to go out, our car was cool from the garage underneath. Even being on the third floor was no problem with easy access to the elevator. We have already rebooked for next year. Just loved your condo! Thank you

Wonderful Property!

This property very pleasantly exceeded my expectations! It is directly located on the beach, and has a spectacular views. We listened to the ocean our whole stay. The unit is also absolutely spotless, with updated appliances and furniture. The bed in the master was also extremely comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact and extremely helpful. We also brought our dog with us, and it was so amazing to stay in such a wonderful place, and have our beloved dog with us as well. The on site staff was also extremely kind and helpful. The rest of Sanibel Siesta was fantastic. The pool was clean, and we had it to ourselves everyday. They even have recycling on site which was a huge bonus for us as well. There is even a sink to wash the many many shells you will inevitably start collecting. The hardest part about our vacation was having to leave! If possible we will absolutely be back.

Amazing!

One of my absolute favorite places that I've been! The condo is perfectly located right on the beach and is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The location is close to town and able to take a quick drive in or bike to various restaurants and stores. Beach was not crowded and very, very clean. Chris was a dream to work with in regards to booking; very prompt in email response and answered all our questions to make sure this spot was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!

Great location & value

The condo was just as described - plenty of place for our family of four, very clean, and comfortable furnishings. We loved the view from the balconies and being so close to the beach! Due to location, this is one of the best properties to stay in at the complex. We greatly appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. We also enjoyed having the pool and shuffleboard so close. The owner was great with communication during booking and also following up on our stay. The office staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay as well. I would definitely recommend this property, and we'd love to stay here again if we return to Sanibel. We ate at the condo a lot, but there are many great restaurant options on the island. Beaches are beautiful and not too crowded!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay!

My family and I stayed at Sanibel Siesta unit 607 the second week of June and had a truly relaxing, peaceful vacation. The condo is perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely view of the gulf and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It was very nice to have the garage below to park in and keep beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats in. The beach was beautiful and right there and the pool was quiet and peaceful. We were close to lots of delicious restaurants, ice cream shops, and to Jerry's supermarket. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

This was my first time in Sanibel and I came down with 4 of my friends and a parent and we loved our stay. The condo was right by the beach which made it easy for us to go out and play, and the space indoors was so cute and homey. Even as a large group we felt we had room to live comfortably even when we had to stay inside for several hours due to rain. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Perfect getaway!

My favorite part of staying in Sanibel Siesta 607 was the location. I went to the beach every day and the pool was a great place to get away from the sand but still enjoy the warm water and sun! Even better, my friends and I were able to make a short bike trip to the lighthouse as well as the many shopping centers near the condo. The restaurants were amazing but eating-in was great too with easy access to a grills on the property and a perfect little kitchen. I loved coming home to such a beautiful and clean condo! No doubt I'll be back to Sanibel to stay here. :)

Amazing trip!

This was my first time staying at Sanibel Siesta, and I had a great time. The condo was updated, immaculate, and had a great view of the ocean; I felt right at home. My favorite part of the trip was renting bikes directly from the office and exploring all of what Sanibel had to offer. On another note, my family and I went out to eat every night, and we loved all of the food. We'll definitely be back to unit 607! Thanks.

Wonderful!

It was a great place for our mother, daughter and granddaughter vacation. The condo was in a great location, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very close to the beach. We would recommend this to anyone vacationing on Sanibel.

Perfect beach location and lovely condo!

I cannot say enough amazing things! I stayed at the condo this summer with my family, and it was hands down the best trip we've had in a long time. We loved walking out the door and being right on the beach! One night while walking on the beach with my kids, we saw baby sea turtles that just hatched making their way to the Gulf! We can't wait to come back next year!

We are second generation owners! My parents bought this property in 1977 when it was one of the few condo homes on Sanibel Island. Most of the island was natural habitat with very few buildings. You may notice that Sanibel Siesta is more "beachfront" than most other properties on Sanibel (most buildings are now more "set back") and that is because (as I understand it) building codes allowed for building directly on the beach. So when I say "beachfront", it really is on the beach. No squinting required!

My father is a retired builder and woodworker so you will see many of his touches throughout the unit (custom cabinets and furniture) and, because of his profession, it has certainly been one of the more renovated units in Sanibel Siesta! My father was also on the Sanibel Siesta board of directors for many years and would oversee many of the improvements and upgrades.

My family and I have taken over the condo and plan to keep it in the family for years to come. It is our home too so we will continue to maintain it just as my parents did for many years.

This property is personal to us- it belonged to my parents and we spent many happy vacations on Sanibel Island. After years of renting elsewhere, my parents rented at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach and promptly bought a place. It is in a great location on the island- close to shopping and restaurants but away from any big resorts or the public beach. The beach in front of our unit tends to be more private.

It is our home now and we are happy to share it with others that will treat it as their home. We have renters that have been with us for many years and it is because we meticulously continue to maintain our home. It is also very accessible with an elevator, wide doorways, grab bars in the master bath, etc.

The views and the location are what attracted my family to our unit at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach. As I said, Sanibel Siesta is right on the beach and our particular unit is so close, you can hear the waves from our unit. Not every unit in Sanibel Siesta has the views we have and most other condos are more set back. The on-site management keeps the units and the grounds in pristine condition. We also love that it has the beach out the front and a heated pool, golf course, and tennis courts out the back. There is so much to love about Sanibel.
