East meets the West in this tastefully renovated and decorated 4 bed rooms single family house. Furnished with top quality furniture and arts, this vacation home is designed to create a relaxing ambiance for your perfect vacation stay and family/ friends gathering.

The house has all the amenities that you need--strong Wi-Fi, central A/C, lots of options for watching TV/movies, grilling, playing pool, swimming in the pool/hot tub, cooking, laundry, and more. All in a safe and quiet environment. Everything has been comfortable and the house is well-stocked. A Clean, Safe and Efficient Hub for college remote study. So talk to your friends and come remote study together.

Located in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, this vacation home is a very short walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, just 0.8 miles, 8-10 minutes walk. 1.5 Miles to Downtown Disney. 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Grocery Store Food 4 Less at Katella Ave. Walmart neighbor store within 1 mile, Costco Warehouse about 4-5 miles. Location is great! UBer is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noise Control Policy, so please be quiet between 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbors during your stay. City collects Trash on Tuesday, so please move 3 trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, 3 car parking space available. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

The property was great in a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to the convention center, which is why I chose it for the CDA that was this weekend. The house has lots of space and all the commodities you could want. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. Host was always very quick about communicating. Checking in and out was easy. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for those in our group with dietary restrictions. This property delivers above and beyond. The beds are good, the decor is great, the space is perfect for families, the bedrooms are very functional... I could go on and on. Just suffice to say that you will not be disappointed.Wife commented that the kitchen was so well stocked with appliances, spices, etc. that she felt like she was at home.Plus, the neighborhood is exceptional. It is the kind of place you visit and then you call your real estate agent to see if there are any listings in the area.Communications were perfect with clear and reasonable instructions about all aspects of vacation rental.

This home has just about everything you could want when staying with family. 4 bedrooms plus 2 futons and 2 cribs. Hot tub, small pool, playground, large family/game room. Lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. Very close to Disneyland-less than 10 minute drive. We used Lyft for around 12 a trip. Dropped right by the gates, no long wait to park at 40/day. The pool could have been cleaner-maybe because we were there in March, not really ready for the season? But it was 95 degrees the days we were there! I appreciated that there was Kleenex in all the rooms. Most VRBO's don't seem to provide that. Overall, I would recommend to any families traveling to Anaheim.

Due the wind, there's chance for leaves to drop into pool. But we do have pool net at pool area for guests to use in case necessary. Have a great day. Roger

Awesome Stay for Two Families Near Disneyland! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! It was the perfect home base for our group of eight (two families), and the 4-bedroom, 2-bath layout provided plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable! Location & Convenience The location is incredible if you are heading to Disneyland. We actually enjoyed walking to the Downtown Disney District every morning—it was a pleasant 25-minute walk that became part of our daily routine On the days we didn’t feel like walking, an Uber was readily available and only cost about 10, which was convenient! The Property The house itself was clean and neat upon our arrival. The family room is wonderfully spacious, providing a great area for us all to gather, and the kitchen was well-stocked and great to cook in Amenities & Atmosphere We had so much fun utilizing the amenities! The pool table was a huge hit with the group, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after long days at the park! The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and very cozy! Host Experience A special shout-out to our host, Roger - he was very responsive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish 🤝We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Our service providers are professional: Cleaning team uses detergent+ Clorox plus high temperature to cleaning bed sheets and towels; all counters and hard surface are cleaned; Toilets are cleaned with sanitizing each time. Each bathroom, kitchen has hand soap ready. Each bathroom has refresher. Also we have Clorex Sanitizing wiper, Disinfectant Spray and Hand Sanitizer available at property. Pool and hot tub are cleaned twice a week by professional people with chemicals, normally Tue. and Sat. Gardener come every Saturday.
Those are people you can trust, this is safe place you can come and stay.
