Thoroughly enjoyable

Reviews need to be balanced with the good and the bad. But, what does one do if no bad is to be found? Wonderful location. Wonderful apartment. Nice balcony. Comfortable stay.

Nice place, good views, a few things need attention

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The view was nice and the place was clean. 3 lamps didn't work because the bulbs were burnt out. We got one wash cloth and one dish towel for kitchen. :( Little things need attention, but overall it was a nice place with two nice balconies. Very small kitchen.

Ski vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was cute and cozy and perfect for 4 adults. This condo has a great view of the ski area but was a challenge to walk up and down the hill to the area. The condo is 4 levels and has lots of stairs. The master bedroom bed squeezed with every movement. Condo provides humidifiers for every room so be sure to use them. Not sure why they don’t have them full and ready to go. It was very nice to have a garage to put the car in and a washer and dryer. ThaIs you we had a wonderful time.

A good place to be.

My partner and I enjoyed the layout of the condo. It felt like home from the moment that we walked in. The furniture is comfortable and the atmosphere of the condo is cozy. While we were only two, there was plenty of space for more guests with the second bedroom, three bathrooms, and the pull-out sleeper couch. The location of the property is very well placed in relation to the ski slopes. Just a short downhill walk to the pedestrian bridge put us right into base camp. The return walk is uphill and a bit steep, but totally refreshing. Coming from Texas where the elevation is practically zero, my partner and I found ourselves trying to catch our breath after walking up to the cabin. But that didn't stop us from walking to the coffee shop each morning. The condo has a parking spot out front as well as a garage to put the car in. Since it is at the top of the hill, we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The two balconies overlook the area just north of the mountain. While the Butte itself is not visible from the balcony, the views of the Mt Crested Butte houses and the mountain range in the background are just beautiful. In the evening light of the sunset the mountainside glows with a golden color, a truly breathtaking sight to take in. Overall, we loved our stay at this condo and will stay again.

A Little Disappointed

I’m going to preface this with saying, 3 stars might be pushing it a little. This place has a great location, perfect for what we needed, and slept all of us just fine. However. I don’t think it gets cleaned properly. When we showed up, we did the walk through that everyone does, wow look at this how cute is that, etc. Then we started noticing little things; the trash in the living room wasn’t emptied, the rug by the door hadn’t been vacuumed properly. When my husband went to the bathroom, there were streaks in the toilet, super gross!! My mother in-law mentioned how dirty her feet were that night after showering, when she literally walks around barefoot outside and they still don’t get that bad! There was a small glasses cleaning rag on the bedroom floor, an opened bag of sunflower seeds in one of the drawers, and the drinking glasses all had a film on them that was easily removed after going in the dishwasher so not sure what that was. The garage had cockroaches as well. On top of that, a different condo had requested cleaning and not only did this person not check the number, they did not knock on the door and just walked straight in while we were cooking dinner. I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to a lot of things but cleaning should never, ever be skimped on.

A very nice get-away!

WE loved staying here: the tranquil views of M. Crested Butte, the roominess in our condo w/ 2 balconies, & the quiet peace all around! The shuttle bus station was around the corner & that was an extra bonus!

Misleading pictures

This property worked. It was not awesome. The property was very dirty and not well maintained. The pictures do make the property look nice. The smell and lack of cleaning are not captured in the photos. I would not recommend this property.

good and not so good

Deferred maintenance is being deferred. Need to label light switches....very confusing. The blinds that are broken need to be REPLACED. Some impossible to open and close. Baseboard heat is difficult. Have to turn it up to 80 to get temp up to 74. We were cold the first night. Furniture and kitchen fine. At these prices looks like you could at least provide a minimal Kurig coffee maker. I brought pods, and had to take them back home. Good? nice layout. More square footage than many other options. You should provide a garage door opener so my wife would not have had to wade in the snow to get garage opened and closed.

Most condos will provide a standard 12-cup coffee maker with filters and starter coffee kits. But there are also some properties that provide otherwise, always best to check if that means traveling lighter! Our staff is available 24/7 for any requests, comments, or assistance needed prior to, during, or after your stay. Happy to hear that you enjoyed everything else about your stay. Wonderful Crested Butte experience

It was a wonderful condo with great amenities. The check in process was a little confusing, I don't think I ever recieved an email with better directions, and it was difficult to get a signal up there to find the number to call for more information. The firewood pile was empty as well. But overall a great couple of nights.

Beautiful View Condo

Overall great getaway

I was here with my family. Half was skiing and half was not. Check in was a little confusing. No instructions prior to check in that we had to go to another building and get the key. The condo was nice and was well equipped. There was plenty of room for four adults and with the three bathroom made it very easy all of us getting ready at the same time. The only complaints were that bed in the master bedroom was squeaky and the hot tub was fairy dirty the final night we used it. Overall it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing views

Fabulous property with amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte. Fantastic getaway with a 5min drive to base area free parking or a 10min walk to shuttle. Clean and updated with super great front desk (not in same building FYI) and maintenance staff. Parking is up a steep zig zag so we were glad for a 4x4. That said, the maintenance and snow guys did an awesome job keeping up with plowing and kept things in great shape. Will try to stay in the eagles nest again!
