Views from this elevated location are some of the best around. Enjoy your front row seat on the balcony for the free summer outdoor concert series in the base area. It is a short walk for kids of all ages down to the base in the summer for the excellent biking, adventure, hiking, zip-lining, and disc-golfing camps, plus panning for gemstone and putt-putt golf.

In addition, this is a very quiet location slightly above the hustle and bustle of the base area but with all the amenities. The free shuttle picks up right at the complex for easy access to the base area and Town of CB.

Recently remodeled with brand new furniture, paint, carpet, appliances, and fireplace, this condo is the perfect choice for a luxurious stay. The main level features a large open floor-plan kitchen, dining & living room overlooking the slopes with a fireplace to make your vacation complete. Kick back on the shared balcony and watch the skiers on the slopes.

Also on the main level is the master bedroom, which features a king bed that overlooks the slopes. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed is also located on this level. Two full bathrooms on the main level provide comfort and practicality for all guests. A new mid-sized, energy efficient stackable washer & dryer is located downstairs as well. All walls are reinforced concrete adding plenty of noise insulation between the neighboring units.

The upstairs features a comfortable den with TV and the third bedroom, which has a twin over a full bunk bed and a separate twin trundle. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on the upstairs level. The condo sleeps 6, although there are a variety of bedding options so you can make the right arrangements for your group.

The Columbine complex also features a large common hot tub, outdoor BBQ grill, and outdoor eating area. Plenty of parking for all size vehicles and guests are allowed 2 parking spaces.

Great location for summer or winter! Easy ski to the lifts and ski home, or in summer take the lift up the mountain and then hike the peak. Mountaineer Square is a very close walk and it has great shops and restaurants and a free shuttle bus that will take you into town every 15 mins. There is also a bus stop at the end of the parking lot, which makes it super convenient to get around.

Maybe skiing isn't your thing or you want to pamper yourself a bit. Well, within walking distance from the condo is the Elevation Spa, which features a day pass for $25 or $50 for the week and includes a hot tub, indoor pool, fitness center, and 3 tranquility rooms

Please note: This condo is not recommended as a ski in/out property for never ever skiers or younger skiers / snowboarders as the initial descent is a high green/low blue level slope. However, there is a shuttle bus to the base area.
