The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Icon Tower 1 is located in one of JLT Clusters, Cluster M. It is surrounded by a lake around all the clusters. 27-minute drive to Dubai International Airport, 20 Minute drive to Mall of the Emirates and a 20-minute drive to Palm Jumeirah.

On the basement level of the building is direct access to the lake, where you can enjoy the kid's play area, dog parks, and basketball court; you can also go for a run, a scooter or just a stroll enjoying the view of the lake.

Various restaurants surround the lake, from Asian to Mediterranean and Arabic. On the ground floor of the building, there's a grocery store, different more stores and a pharmacy surrounding the lake.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, DMCC, is an 18-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 31 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 10 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 21 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 21 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 18 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
