About Vacasa, OR - Mt Hood / Hood River Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great House for a large Group

 • 5 of 5

We loved the location and proximity to town. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the house - huge windows offered great lighting. The house felt clean and tidy but lived in - in a good way. Very comfortable. for all of us. The dining room table fit 12 around it and it was a good spot for card games, etc... . There was a TV entertainment area on each of 3 floors. We recommend this house for people with large groups - and kids

It was a good rental. It was large enough for our needs.

Great location - we camp for the skibowl activities specifically.

I would recommend some minor repairs:

Basement toilet constantly runs,

The blinds in the dining area no longer stay up and are missing the tiedowns,

Main floor toilet, the toilet paper holder is loose and in an awkward position,

Burnt out light bulbs,

Control for the ceiling fans.

Loved the fireplace, the spaciousness and the location.

Very large home, Close to adventure park, walk to everything in town.

 • 4 of 5

Really large home, Sleeps more than advertised. Nice downstairs space with TV, games and bunk beds for kids and teens. Good location, walk to store and restaurants, and adventure park/ ski bowl. Carpet and beds are worn but functional. Well stocked with cups, glasses and plates. No ice maker or ice cube trays. Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage very convenient. Currently deck overlooks a construction site, hopefully will be completed soon. Ample towels, soap , shampoo and blankets.
