120m²com house with 2 floors, with the top all wood, where 3 bedrooms and a balcony. At the bottom we have the living room with fireplace, bathroom with banheirae gas water heater, large kitchen with wood burning stove and gas and balcony. On the outside has 1 garage, garden with lawn and lots of forest overlooking the valley.
The house is located in the Mountain range in the Sierra Mill Valley 1 km from the village, where the Portuguese took the gold from Minas Gerais to Paraty. The Serra Engenho the village is crossed by all Capivari River and its residents are very friendly while maintaining its properties well maintained with beautiful gardens in almost every home, one of these properties (Big House) the former headquarters of the farm with over 200 years from the village there is a panoramic view of the Picu stone and the village also has a great restaurant open from Friday to Sunday and holidays.
The house is at 1500 meters altitude between Serra Fina and the upper part of the Itatiaia National Park, home to the Pico das Agulhas Negras .Região for all tastes, with waterfalls, hiking trails and lots of nature.
