The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to ship up a delicious meal in. Gather around the breakfast bar or the adjacent dining area with seating for four, perfect for enjoying meals while savoring the beautiful view.

The primary suite with it's king size bed has ample room to relax and unwind in, after a long day of fun in the sun and your guests will be equally comfortable in the guest bedroom with twin bunkbeds and a separate twin bed, sleeping 3 people comfortably. 2 full bathrooms are available, both with updated walk in showers.

Thoughtful perks like a stackable washer and dryer and beach equipment are provided for added convenience.

The complex amenities include a heated swimming pool, community beach side room,1 assigned parking space, as well as a guest pass on a first come first serve basis.

As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbor Water Park.

Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Beds are made with fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. Housekeeping services are only provided upon checking out. Smoking is NOT allowed at any of properties and will result in a fine charged to the guest.
Pets are not permitted at this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: PPI insurance is required for all guests renting with us and will be listed in --/-- Vacations as "other charges" and will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Damage that exceeds the $3000 will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
