Let the sound of the waves relax you in this gorgeous 1-bedroom newly renovated unit in Indian Shores. Quiet community includes beach access and a heated pool. No details were left out during the recent renovations. As soon as you walk in the front door you are hit with beautiful gulf views. Watch the country’s most beautiful sunset from your private balcony with 180 degree views of the beach and gulf.

The open concept living room and kitchen is decorated in cool, relaxing colors. The completely remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops with plenty of space for making your favorite meal. Kitchen is heavily equipped with everything you need to feel like you are cooking at home. Dishwasher, microwave, Kerig coffee machine, toaster, cookware, crock pot, utensils, table settings and much more.

The living room features a high-end queen sleeper sofa. A 55” smart TV allows you to access all your streaming network accounts and includes basic cable. A large dining table, bar, and accent chairs finish off the living room space. Unit also includes free WiFi

The roomy bedroom hosts a queen bed, dresser, mirror and a small flat screen TV with basic cable and a your favorite streaming channels. Bedroom features intervcoastal water views. Walk-in closet features toddler bunk beds and plenty of space for clothing and storage. A portable crib is available.

A combination washer and dryer is in the unit and there is a full laundry mat for larger loads on the complex. An ironing board and iron along with a rack to dry clothes is offered.

Take the beach chairs down to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand just steps away. In the afternoon wind down in the new renovated shaded heated pool.

Walk to coffee shops, casual and high-end restaurants, and shopping.

Excellent accommodations with many amenities. Timely and informative communication with our hosts on questions that came up early on. Very quiet and peaceful environment. The private balcony and gulf view made it all worth while. I would highly recommend this unit for your vacation. Take advantage while you can.

The host was amazing! Every detail was outlined and written in a cute booklet. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. Everything that was needed was provided. A holiday cookie tin and note with the cookie recipe was an added bonus that made the stay feel like home! Would definitely stay here again! Book early because it fills up quickly!

great view of the beachfront overall the condo was nice; washer/dryer listed as in unit however, a note was left that it didn't work and was going to be fixed (not done while we were there) so had to use facility laundry which was inconvienent, construction on the first floor of the building during our stay due to hurricane dammage last year which wasn't listed in the information.

Beautiful location

Great little modern Condo

Marcus and Katie were great to work with and their condo was modernized, and true to the photos. It was perfectly stocked and very clean and met our needs in all ways. Unfortunately the ongoing building construction improvements were unpleasant during our stay. Again, Marcus and Katie understood and took that into consideration after we completed our stay.

Beautiful View

The condo was very clean and nice. The bathroom is quite small as we didn't realize from the pictures on line. The shower does not drain well. The owners are very responsive, they had a faucet that needed to be replaced and it was handled as soon as they could get a plumber lined up. The washer/dryer combo was not ideal, but they did have a laundry room on the first floor. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction happening on the building (the building is quit old) and we had no idea this would be happening during our stay. There was a lot of noise and you had to be very careful of where you were walking, etc.

Katie und Marcus sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Die Buchung, Check-In, Check-Out lief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet - wir haben nichts vermisst! Der Ausblick ist grandios! Der Strand ist nie überfüllt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können die Wohnung und auch die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexico

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, alles funktionierte einwandfrei, vom Checkin bis zur Waschmaschine, dazu eine Superausstattung. Im Haus sind ca. 100 Wohnungen, viele davon vermietet, dadurch gibt es immer Leben im Haus. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will, dann die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Trotzdem von umns 10 Punkte!👍

Home Away From Home

We stayed 3 weeks at this beautiful condo, and were so sad to leave. The owners thought of everything! It was stocked with all the basics you would need. Both the bed and pull out were quite comfortable, check in was easy, and the owner was very communicative. We could not have asked for more. The view from this unit is to die for! The building is very clean, and quiet. 5 minute drive to Publix, and about 10 minutes to John's Pass. We found the most beautiful shells along the beach, and a baby sea turtle making its way to the Gulf. It was a dream vacation and we plan to rent again!

Gulf Shores Condo - Delightful

This condo was exceptional! It is clean, bright and very comfortable. The deck offered us a relaxing area to enjoy breakfast with a view, late afternoon sunshine and a great vantage point for the sunsets. I have to say that I also enjoyed a couple of storms, with spectacular lightning. Would certainly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such an amazing time it was so sad to leave. The condo is perfectly located, has a wonderful beach out front, the unit is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and was very clean and up-to-date. The owners responded to my text messages immediately with great communication. Had we been closer to diving we would have booked this place again next year, but unfortunately we are divers and have decided to go further south. 5 ⭐️‘s Thank you Marcus and Katie!!

Everything We Wanted

We had a wonderful month long stay in this condo. It was close to all our favorite restaurants and walking distance to a coffee shop. Loved the beach and canal views and spent a lot of time on the balcony. Everything was in good condition and beautifully decorated.

What an Awesome cozy condo!! Beautifully decorated with stunning views of beach and can’t forget the amazing sunsets. Condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Having a washer and dryer combo made it perfect for a long or short stay. There are many Restaurants (I enjoyed salt rock grill and crabby bills) a short drive away. Grocery stores are very convenient also. The owners are the friendliest, nicest people I’ve ever rented from.

Outstanding in every way!

We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about this condo! The view, the spaciousness, the well equipped kitchen, the comfy bed, the huge TV, the quiet neighborhood. It was so hard to leave! The owners, Marcus and Katie, are very responsive to any questions or issues. The washer/dryer needed to be replaced during our stay and they were so accommodating to us during the process. This one is a beauty! We are already planning our next stay here!

Marcus and Katie moved to Florida a few years ago and started purchasing investment condos. They are local and Marcus is a full time REALTOR specializing in condos. This is their first beach renovation and they and their two girls absolutely love spending time there!
They have spent a lot of time traveling (mostly before kids :)) and learned first hand what makes a great guest experience. They understand the importance of building a great experience for their properties for long term relationships and repeat travelers!

Why they chose this property

#1 was the View. We felt it was a million dollar view and wanted to build our dream beach condo around it! We purchased this property and renovated the space so we could relax and make us feel like we were on vacation yet only being 20-30 minutes from our primary home.

What makes this property unique

The View...The View....The View...
The best sunsets are seen throughout the living area. We love having a glass of wine while cooking a nice meal from the open kitchen and watching the sunset. It is also VERY close to the beach so you do not need to bring your beach stuff far!
