Can't Wait to Return

The condo had a full kitchen which was perfect for our family to enjoy a nice Thanksgiving dinner. We golf as well, and the condo is located on 2 different public courses that were very nice. The rental agency was a pleasure to work with.

Back again next year

Our first and best impression was how clean the condo was. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and it was very nice to find a perfectly polished apartment. We truly enjoyed our stay and after our experienced here, we will be coming back to Naples soon.

Thanks for letting us know. We did not hear from the guest during the stay, however, if we would have been notified we could have sent someone over right away. We are in rainy season and get a lot of sugar ants. We have a monthly bug service and will continue to look for these during cleans.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo! It was just as described and just as we saw in the photos. The pool was great and location was perfect for getting to the beaches. The kitchen however is minimally stocked, and it seemed like we would run out of hot water quickly (2 adults and 2 children) and we don't consume a lot of water. That said, we would definitely rent this condo again as it really was a great unit!

We will share your comments with the owner about how the kitchen was stocked. The water heater in this condo is limited in size. Truthfully it's too small considering the large tub in the master bathroom. We find most people have enough water when they are just showering. As much as the owner would love to provide a larger water heater, given the way the condo building was constructed, there just isn't the space to install a larger water heater. Otherwise, thank you for the positive feedback shared.

Great place to relax

We had a great time and everything was lovely. My son enjoyed the pool and going to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals and the space was good. We were frustrated that the sofa couch is broken and the calls to report it were not acknowledged. This meant my son slept on the floor. Do not bring more than 4 people to this property.

Great stay. Only complaint is that kitchen is very minimally stocked. We were Surprised that there weren't even salt and pepper shakers there. Small starter supply of things for dishwasher and washing machine was supplied which was appreciated. Beds were on the older side - creaky and very bouncy. It served its purpose for a landing pad and place to sleep during our stay as we were out doing things most of the time. Pool was nice - lots of kids because it was spring break week for northerners.

It was a fine condo but there were ants and ant hills all over the screened in patio. We also noticed that every one of the dishes and utensils were dirty and not cleaned peperly before being put away. We rewashed each item prior to usage.

Thanks for your feedback. We do not know unless we hear from you. We have spoken with our cleaning team and ensured they know the importance of cleaning all dishes and cook ware prior to a guests arrival. We live in a subtropical area in Naples, and therefore bugs are present. The community does spray 3 times a month to ensure the issue like this does not come up. We have gotten with them as well.

Nice location but average property

This property was Ok for our short 3 night stay visiting relatives in Lely Resort. Location was perfect and amenities in the area (pool, gym, restaurant next door) are a real plus. The unit itself is a bit rundown and needs some work, mainly due to poor quality materials used in construction. You just need to look at the separating baseboards as an indication of the poor construction quality. The layout was very good with a nice view over pond and golf course. The supplies were very limited compared to our many experiences with VRBO properties that are actually rented by “owner” vs. rental company. There is a big difference when an owner is actually living in the unit at least part time. For example, the unit did not even have salt and pepper, let alone any other staples (oils, spices) that we normally see in our VRBO units. Also, the unit had a non-working steam iron and we received no response from rental company after we left message regarding the situation.

Perfect Vacation

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Not only was Naples beautiful itself, but our resort room was amazing! With a porch looking over a small lake, we got some beautiful pictures of wildlife and sunsets, we enjoyed a lot of time out there and the comfortable sleeping arrangements as well. All amenities included were amazing (pool, gym, etc) and definitely got our money's worth! Beaches were beautiful and not crowded at all, even driving around Naples was much less stressful (from a Georgian, lol). A little pricey but worth it!

I've already sent my list of needed repairs and upgrades to Vera. In short, the unit remains “tired.” Furniture is old, kitchen short of necessities, and in need of owner's walk-thru between rentals. As a past rental condo owner, I'm well aware of the unit's requirements between rentals. The good news — view and location excellent. The bad — unit needs attention.

It's a great villa. Loved the space, location, view and amenities. Everything worked well and very clean. The only upgrade that we would recommend are the beds, could be more comfortable We would definitely recommend to others and would love to come back. Well equipped condo perfect for a relaxing vacation

We had a restful visit to this condo. The location was handy to both Naples and Marco. The space in the condo was more than adequate for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the screen porch with its view of the water and golf course. The pool was only a short walk away. The Sam Snead restaurant was also only about a block away -- perfect for the nights we didn't want to cook!

Condition/upgrade of the unit was a big improvement over last year. And response from NVH for a few missing items and questions was immediate - well done. That said, a few minor comments: 1. Screen door latch on back porch imperative -- it self locks when you go out. 2. Only 3 wine glasses in closet -- we bought and donated 4 more. 3. No radio/clock in kitchen. 4. While renovations seemed to be done to the entire unit, none were apparent in the bathrooms. Baseboards should be painted, broken switch plate in guest bathroom should be replaced, seat (stool) and shelf should be added to guest room shower, and grab bars added to both bathrooms. Further, towel hooks should be added in the master bathroom. All little things, but the sum of little things done well equals success -- all inconvenient nuances for longer stays.

Golfing Retreat

My pals and I flew from Boston to golf for a few days in January. The place was great. We never tried a vacation rental before, but we will be back now. You have everything you would have at home,and can actually cook meals in the kitchen. The views were great and the Lely Resort was calming.

Friendly Staff
