Nearby locations include the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals stadiums, downtown Cincinnati concert venues, the Cincinnati Zoo, The Aronoff and Taft Theatres, The Ky Horsepark, Keeneland , Turfway and Churchill Downs race courses. Casinos in Ohio and Indiana, Fort Boonesborough, Shaker Village and My Old Ky Home are all within a two hour drive.

Best location for the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum
Dan is a wonderful host and this house is the perfect getaway. What a beautiful location close to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Also just a hop and a skip up to Cincinnati. This is a very quiet and relaxing location. There is an extremely inviting porch that was therapeutic for my wife and I. I enjoyed watching the purple martins, cattle and goats in the pasture. Dan even left us some farm fresh eggs from his chickens. We had no issues with anything and recommend this location 100%. Thanks Dan for a refreshing stay!

I am a veterinarian and farm owner who loves rural life with animals. We acquired this lovely barndominium when we purchased adjoining land . I live next door to this property if you have any needs. I have acquired a team of friendly people to ensure your stay is satisfactory. The barn/garage portion of the building is just used for equipment storage. There are no loud noises that come from the garage. The barndominium/apartment is very comfortable and quiet.

What makes this property unique

This unique property is a living unit that is inside a large metal building that houses farm equipment. It sits back a long lane and is surrounded by green Kentucky pastures, hayfields , woods , lakes and creeks. We have regular exterminator service to ensure a bug free experience. Animals are near but are not housed in the barn area so there are no smells or mess. I have fashioned a living space that is of a quality that I would like to have when traveling!!
