About Lynn Nuttall

Seacrest 707 owners are Tom and Lynn Nuttall who have made Huntsville Alabama their home for over twenty years. We added this Condo to our Seacrest holdings (We've owned Unit 901 for over four years and Unit 909 for over a two years) in 2011 because we love the beach so much we wanted to be sure to have plenty of room for family vacations, relaxation and allow Lynn to continue her decorating and real estate rentals. She is very good at both and we are sure she has and will take very good care of you and any problem that might come up.

We have three sons, Chris who graduated from Auburn University and is a Navy Pilot, Grey who graduated from Tulane University, served four years in the Army and is now employed as a Product Manager with a medical device manufacturer, and Mark who graduated from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama, Birmingham Dental School and is currently practicing dentistry in Oregon. So you can see we are a family divided during football season.

We selected Gulf Shores instead of Orange Beach or Florida because of it offers a friendly, small-town environment to those who appreciate a safe, wholesome beach experience for themselves and their families. We enjoy spending time at Gulf Shores and because of this try to keep our units up to date and geared to our and your comfort. We are always updating and renewing so come back and see the new decorations and improvements.

What makes this condo unique

Imagine walking out of the bedroom in the morning and the first thing you behold is dolphins playing in the Gulf! Being right on the Gulf has it's perks in the commanding views of the water. Also, Seacrest Condos allows guests a less crowded access to the sugar white sands of one of the best beaches on the country. The smaller condos and beach houses in the area provide family orientated beach access and a less stressful vacation than those near the mega condotels.

We loved staying here. The condo was well-stocked and clean. We had an awesome vacation with lots of memories and laughs. Lynn was always so helpful in answering all of my questions in a very timely manner. We hope to visit again soon. Highly recommend this condo!!!

Christmas at the Beach!!

My beach Christmas was wonderful. I loved the condo. A friend and I cooked our Christmas dinner at the condo and we couldn't believe how well stocked the kitchen is. Everything we needed was right there at our fingertips. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the walkers, joggers, and even swimmers. Yes, it was 80 degrees a couple of days. Even when raining the beach is still beautiful. The condo is very close to restaurants and shopping. I could not have chosen a more enjoyable place to stay. I often wonder when I pick a place online just how it will actually look once I'm there. This condo looked great online, but looked even better in person. The owners are so nice and will answer any questions you might have very quickly. And, yes, I did manage to lock myself out once. I had not written down the numbers for the lockbox holding a key, so I had to call the Nuttall's to get the combination. Take my advice, write down that lockbox number and keep it with you just in case you need it. It was a lesson learned for me.

Perfect for a couple or small family

My husband and I enjoyed our 3ni stay in this unit. The view was amazing, the 7th floor is the perfect level for us and the west end of the beach is nice & quiet. You are close to everything but still have that 'away from the crowd' feel. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It might be a little tight for more than 2-3 people as the bathroom is small but overall it was a very pleasant stay and Lynn was a pleasure to work. My deposit was refunded promptly as well.

Needed more time.

My wife and I wanted to stop off on our way home. Now we wished we would have stayed our whole trip right here. Lynn promised good weather and she was right-on. My wife is a beach/sun nut. She is ready to go back right now. Very clean and comfortable. It was the right place for us to be....thanks Lynn.

Wonderfully homey, great decor, and beautiful beaches!

My husband and I decided on this unit to celebrate our first anniversary, and we're so glad we did! We loved the decor - very tasteful and cute. We also thought the furniture was super comfortable, which was especially great for those lounging around days! We also appreciated that the beaches were never overcrowded, and that both the area and the condo were very quiet - we never heard neighbors to the side of us and only rarely heard those above us (and on the few occasions we did, it was never disruptive to our stay). But I think the thing I most appreciated was how much thought the owners clearly put into providing for guests. The kitchen was well-stocked with tools for those who cook on vacation (not me, I'm afraid - but nice to know the option is there), there were quite a few DVDs to choose from for if you want to veg out with a movie, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and there were even brown face towels provided for makeup removal (such a thoughtful touch!). The space was great for a couple or I think also for a small family.

Lastly, we so appreciated Lynn's responsiveness (we never had to wait long for a reply during the booking process!) and communication - for example, Lynn notified us as soon as she learned of damage that might have affected our stay. Although it didn't, it was great to know she was on top of it and willing to reach out to us about it!

All in all, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and hope we can go back and stay there again!
