Morning Breeze es un hermoso y nuevo lujo de 6 bd, 6. 5 baños personalizados frente a la laguna con ascensor y piscina privada climatizada. Las semanas de verano son de sábado a sábado.

El piso principal cuenta con una gran sala con chimenea, una gran cocina con una gran isla y un bar, una suite principal King, una lavandería, un tocador a nivel de la piscina y grandes porches a ambos lados de la casa.

El piso superior tiene un total de 5 habitaciones, incluidas 3 habitaciones King (una con una cama doble XL) y 2 habitaciones cada una con un par de camas Queen (una también tiene una cama doble XL). El piso superior también tiene una sala familiar que ofrece otro espacio de reunión, un tocador, una segunda lavandería y grandes porches en los lados de la playa y la laguna de la casa.

Disfrutará de agradables porches cubiertos en ambos pisos con espacio para comer y descansar a ambos lados de la casa, además de un gran porche descubierto y área de piscina. La piscina se puede calentar por $ 50 / día.

Debajo encontrará columpios, una gran parrilla, una larga mesa de picnic y más asientos a la sombra y espacios de vida al aire libre, así como sillas de arena para llevar a la playa. El acceso a la playa está directamente cruzando la calle a lo largo de la línea este de la propiedad.

Morning Breeze se encuentra a unos 8 km al oeste de la autopista 59 en la tranquila pero cerca de la zona de West Beach.

Best house ever

We two large families have been going to FL for 13 years but decided to switch to Gulf Shores this year for a bigger house. We all were blown away by how nice the house was. It's the best designed house we have ever seen for so many family units. Each set had their own corner on each of the floors to be together. It's a beautiful house and furnished so nicely. They have thought of pretty much every detail you could want or need for such a stay. We loved how much seating at the tables and the couches for our big group of 24 there is. The microwaves went off a couple of times but maintenance showed up within the hour to fix them. The management team was so responsive to all texts. This is the first house in 14 years that we're going to go back to again. Thanks for a great week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay at Morning Breeze. We have stayed previously at Morning View and were excited to see the new and bigger Morning View. There was a lot of space between the sitting rooms on each floor and large dining area that comfortably accommodated my family of 28. There were only a few suggestions my family had for the rental company. One of the first things we noticed were the cushions at the dining tables. They appeared to be stained, maybe from people sitting on them while wet. Nevertheless, it was off putting. Secondly, within about an hour of us walking around in socks and slipper, we noticed the bottoms of our socks were BLACK. The floors could’ve been cleaned better. Our final complaint was with the electrical system. The microwaves kept flipping breakers, and at one point, we had no functioning microwave in the unit. I think it is also important to note a few of the balcony locks did not seem to function properly, specifically the 3rd floor bedrooms.We loved our stay and are likely to stay again next year. Despite the menial issues, we still felt comfortable and satisfied.

We had 12 adults, 1 teen, & 8 children and each family had their own "wing" of the house; bedrooms had full bathrooms. House is exactly as described--fully equipped kitchen (2 full-size refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 2 stove/ovens, lots of garbage containers, 1 drip coffeemaker, 1 drip/Keurig combo coffeemaker, tons of pots/pans/baking pans/dishes/utensils/etc.), 5 sets of washer/dryers, lots of eating space, huge living area, wonderful outside pool area, and close to the beach. And laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, hand soap for all bathrooms & beach chairs are provided. 2 charcoal grills are available. Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals is the best! The drip/Keurig coffeemaker stopped working so I emailed GSVR about it and that we needed more garbage bags and laundry detergent. Within 1 hour they showed up with a new in-the-box drip/Keurig coffeemaker, garbage bags & laundry detergent. Highly recommend this house for a large group!!

Loved the 4 sets of washer and driers. Place is large enough allowing privacy at anytime, We did anticipate some hick up's with it being so new. Only hick up was the ice maker was not functioning but the maintenance went out of their way to go and get several bags of ice for us. Greatly appreciated. Pool was awesome for the grandkids. We hope to return.

Also would have been nice to know all that was included with home. example the baby chair and bath chair we were told we could rent these but had arranged to have them brought there. Also there was a room with beach chairs and floats. We found this the day before we were leaving. Were not sure if we were allowed to use. Could have used a book on recommendations where to eat, shop and things to do in the area.

Family Gulf Shores Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked Morning Breeze months before COVID19 became an issue for a family vacation during our Grandkids Spring break. Our vacation started before the shelter in place was issued. On arrival the home was as described, large, spacious, clean. The heated pool was a great treat as midway through our stay the local attractions and beach were closed as shelter in place became the norm. However, the Grandkids had a great time swimming in the pool, fishing off the pier, and we rented Kayaks to paddle around the lagoon. The weather was awesome high 70's low 80's with bright sunny skies, the warmth felt wonderful. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and provided some good intel on the local area. The home had great lagoon views as well as ocean views and you could hear the waves from the ocean.

Gulf Shores March 2020

We had a wonderful time at our Gulf Shores retreat. The weather was warm and sunny, Morning Breeze was spacious with plenty of room for kids and grandkids. The heated pool made up for the beaches and other attractions being closed because of COVID-19. And of course the seafood was great as carry-out or cooked on the grill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect. Large enough for everyone to have their own space and yet get together at meal time. Arrival and departure processes were easy and well-communicated. Everything was spotless upon our arrival. Staff was immediately responsive to our questions.
