Convenient and reasonably priced condo

Could do without the large tub and replace with a more accessible shower, but it was adequate for able-bodied persons.

Flexibility Appreciated

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Park Place for years and after a change of plans while we were in north Georgia, we called for a one night stay on the way home. They had a minimum two night stay during peak leaf season, but we thought it was worth a call since it was mid-week. They were great in getting us a room and everything was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: The location of complex is great but the unit needs serious updating The master toilet basically rocked on its base so definitely needs to be replaced. The washer would cycle on/off randomly so your clothes were never washed. And the couch is basically falling apart. Next time I visit we will rent another unit for sure.

It is walking distance to the strip. It has a beautiful view. It was clean. It was affordable. The staff are so kind and helpful. We have decided this is where we will always stay when we visit Gatlinburg.

Much Needed Family Getaway

2 condo rental with very different results

relaxing stay

Great location

This property is very close to the National Park entrance and a very short walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. It’s a dated property but has some recent upgrades so they are making improvements as some of the interior is newer than the pictures.

My trip to Gatlinburg

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was absolutely beautiful. We were right on the river and sitting on the balcony morning and evening was peaceful and relaxing. The view incredible. The condo itself need a deep cleaning and updating. There were crumbs on the coffee table in the living room. Baseboards looked dirty but I thing the were just old and needed painting. I slept in the room with two beds. Hole about the size of my little finger in the ceiling above the bed. The kitchen sink faucet leaked and when turned on full leaked all over the back of the sink. There were adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap for showers and dishes, glasses, cups and utensils. I wished there had been a TV in the second bedroom.

Not Again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was changed from a 3rd floor condo to a 1st floor condo. I reserved the 3rd floor because of a bad experience on the 1st floor the year before. Once again, the sounds of every movement from above made the stay miserable. I will not do it again.
