Este condominio ofrece todas las comodidades para una relajante visita a las Montañas Humeantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen. El loft de arriba tiene una cama de matrimonio y un conjunto de literas. En la planta baja la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble. El baño principal tiene un paso en la ducha y una gran bañera de hidromasaje. El baño de invitados en la planta baja tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. Arriba, el loft tiene un baño completo con una combinación de ducha / bañera. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada ofrece electrodomésticos de tamaño completo incluyendo un lavavajillas y microondas. Online it states pool and hot tub were open, which were closed. The kitchen appliances were outdated. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location but wouldn’t stay again

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location of the condo was convenient to downtown, the condo itself was less than favorable. From dirty dishes in the cabinets, heavy dust on furniture to dirty sheets, missing lightbulbs and disgusting mattress protectors- it felt far from a clean place. We did address the bedding with staff and they were quick to resolve it but once you see the grossness, it’s hard to enjoy anything else.

Little stuff

The property could have been clean better, we found trash on the floor no dust pan to pick up the trash. The property could use some dusting like around the lamps and the curtain rods, etc. I would stay again and I would also recommend to other.

The condo accommodations for spacious enough however I was disappointed that the fireplace and the hot tub were apparently a seasonal thing and we're not in operational use at the time of my stay.

Mostly adequate , would recommend based on info below

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it mostly suited our needs. It slept 10 pretty well, but several functional repairs needed. Inadequate supplies for a group of ten. There were five spoons, forks, knives for a group of 10. Luckily one of the guests brought plastic spoons and forks etc. Towels were skimpy in amount but we got by. One small frying pan, not full size was all you had other than pots. Making breakfast was a little challenging. However, location was wonderful with balcony overlooking the river. Two balcony chairs broken, unsafe, screen door bent and fell off. Several other repairs needed and reported at end of stay (2 days). The staff was great and very responsive, however they'd been in there all day to make repairs if I reported everything that was wrong while we were there. Also, dirty blanket found folded up in closet.🤔

Extra blankets were stained. Dishes and cookware was old and damaged. Air filter was filthy and the air unit froze up due to that. Patio furniture chairs damaged. Very few plugs in the bedrooms for chargers. TV’s in the bedrooms were very very smalll. Definitely don’t feel as though what we got was what was advertised. Microwave was very old and didn’t work well.

Girls Trip

10 ladies from around the U.S. met and stayed here for our annual girls trip to a different location each year. Close to the main strip with a very scenic view from our balcony. Requests from office for items were filled with no problem. Plenty of parking and accommodated a friend who also had a small trailer with her. For those who go to bed early, the noise level was blocked nicely when the doors were shut from the night owls!! We did ask for a fan for those sleeping in the loft and a blade broke on 1st use. Would recommend this location.

Great Location and Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Park Place Condos was wonderful. The condo was huge for our large family. We especially loved the balcony with the creek view. We even saw a bear one night in the creek. The location was convenient to explore the tourist area on the strip and indulge in food and beverages at local restaurants. The bathroom facilities were the only issue. The master bathroom could use some maintenance. The jacuzzi tub worked but water did leak from the spout and the shower could use an upgrade. Overall, that did not bother us because the condo was priced at a great value given that the master bath has not be updated in some years. The staff also were wonderful. We left behind a very special blanket that belonged to my 9 year old. The staff located the blanket after I called to report it and I was able to pay for a shipping service through a third party vendor that they use for these types of items that get left behind. She was very happy to have her blanket returned!

Pleasantly surprised

The unit was suitable for our needs (short weekend trip, on a budget); however, there are some small maintenance type issues that probably need dealt with (mostly cosmetic- missing caulk, peeling and mismatched bathroom floor, etc etc) and some larger cleaning issues that could easily be improved upon (moldy shower lining, stained sheets on box springs, articles of clothing left behind from past renters, etc). We loved how easy it was to rent at park place, enjoyed the quiet pool, thought the nearby river was so beautiful, and were extremely pleased with the location (the new carpet was also a pleasant surprise!). Fixing those maintenance and cleaning issues would make this place top notch.

Este lugar es excelente, super cercano a todo y tiene todo lo que te ofrecen, definitivamente lo volveria a alquilar y lo recomiendo. Lo unico que me dio un poco de miedo es que en las noches caminaba un oso enorme en los pasillo. Subia hasta el tercer piso.
