This home is centrally located in a family neighborhood within a short drive to beautiful Mayflower Beach and other Cape Cod Bay and ocean beaches and a short stroll to saltwater Follins and freshwater Flax Ponds.

After an enjoyable day at the beach come home to the comfort of the fully air conditioned home and then take a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on the spacious deck. When it's time to eat fire up the Weber Grill for dinner on the deck.

If you enjoy water sports bring your kayak, canoe, or small boat. It's only half a mile to a boat landing on Bass River. Close proximity to Dennis Pines and Highlands golf courses, the Cape bike trail, Johnny Kelly Park with lighted tennis and basketball courts softball and soccer fields, Dennis Village, the Cape Playhouse, plenty of shopping areas and much more make this a great spot to enjoy your summer vacation.

Great location

This property was clean and the property manager was very attentive. The air conditioning made our stay very pleasant! The outdoor shower was also a plus. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dennis!

We were very comfortable. Played cards. laughed, relaxed, played cards.Enjoyed my son, daughterin law and grandaughter. Wonderful time.Would love to rent it again sometime. Very clean....

Honeymoon stay

Although we would give the location, owner and amenities 5 stars, we would give the house itself a 4 star. The house was clean but it is very old and it shows. All rooms could be redone to be more modern and new. The back yard seemed much larger in the pictures but in reality it was very small. The front yard was much larger but not as private. Everyone loves the outdoor shower and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. We only had to reach out to the owner once and he responded within a reasonable time. Our stay was very memorable.

Fall in the Cape

Enjoyable time in a lovely neighborhood. The location was near many amenities and we enjoyed the bike trails. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are close by. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean throughout the house. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to questions. We even found a bog and picked fresh cranberries! Lovely in the fall, we will be back.

Convenient location

Donald's property is in the middle of Cape Code, which is convenient to explore the whole island. It's pretty much 20-30 mins drive to either east side (Chatham, Orleans) or west side (Hyannis, Sandwich). Also, the kitchen is equipped with all sorts of appliances, which allow me to cook meals as I want. It is highly recommended.

A wonderful home away from home!

We loved the place! The owner was very communicative and friendly, and the house was just as described! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood, and we loved the wild turkeys that came visiting in the morning! Can't wait to go back again next year!!

Great time on the Cape

The property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is a great homebase for exploring the Cape. The king size bed was a plus, and we enjoyed our time here. Don is easy to get in touch with and to answer any questions you might have. Thanks for a great trip!

Great Family Neighborhood and Fairly Priced

Great stay in a great location

Stayed at this location for a 10 day fishing trip to the Cape! Great space and amenities! Clean and good space for our group; especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace with the Weber BBQ. Location is very nice in a quiet location - very close to shops/ ATM's - and close drive to all the desirable destinations on the Cape. Very forthcoming and helpful landlord; making our trip even better! Will be returning next year!

We had a great time in Dennis. This property is a short drive to the beaches, downtown and a great central cape location. TV, WiFi and AC - The outdoor shower is great for after a day at the beach!

Once again we had a great week at the Cape!

This is our second time staying at this property and we really enjoyed it. Don the owner was a pleasure to deal with and made this rental well worth it. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the surrounding towns. We visited all of our favorite places to dine and enjoyed quite a few beaches. Sesuit Harbor Cafe is one of our favorite spots to get reasonably priced seafood and one of the best views. We look forward to our Cape trip in 2019! The Fab Four.

Perfect house for a relaxing visit to Cape Cod. Plenty of room for kids. Clean and cofortable.

We were here for our nephew's wedding and our adult children joined us for the weekend. We were comfortable in the house and it is a very convenient location for exploring the Cape in full. Don was very accomodating and checked in with us to make sure all was well.

Location, Location, Location

Don's house was a great central location for our visit to the Cape. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the spacious living room, kitchen, large tv, and wifi access. The house is set in a beautiful, quiet, residential, wooded area. Don's communication was top notch and was readily available for any questions. Thanks for everything (including ordering such perfect weather), we hope to visit again.

Great week on the Cape

We had a great week staying in Don's rental. The weather was good and the cottage was very comfortable. Don was quick to respond to any questions we had with helpful information. The outdoor shower was a big hit. The cottage is perfect if you plan on a week of beaches and other Cape activity and has all the needed amenities.
