Sunkissed Cottage, nuestra hermosa casa frente al mar de 4 habitaciones y 2 baños te está esperando. La luminosa y cómoda sala de estar con estufa de leña y TV inteligente de 50 pulgadas se abre a un elegante comedor junto al agua. Los controles deslizantes hacia la amplia terraza y la playa ofrecen espectaculares vistas de agua salada.

Despierta con increíbles vistas del agua desde cada habitación. Tómese su café matutino en la terraza, dé unos pasos y descanse en la playa o vaya y nade o practique kayak en el hermoso estanque Follins. Al final del día, observe magníficas puestas de sol. A solo minutos de distancia, hay hermosas playas oceánicas, pintorescas tiendas, deliciosos restaurantes, entretenimiento en escenarios y pantallas, senderos para bicicletas, campos de golf, canchas de tenis y parques recreativos.

Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana (cable con HBO). Sábanas y toallas incluidas.

Beautiful Home

We rent a lot on VRBO. This is easily one of the nicest and easiest places we have rented. Owner very helpful. Location is perfect. House is wonderful.

Spectacular stay!

We had a spectacular time at Meg’s house in Yarmouth Port! The house was perfect - clean, all the amenities, perfect location with waterfront access for kids! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in down the Cape. Meg was wonderful to communicate with and very easy to reach if needed. Would absolutely stay here again, and hope to again soon!!

Wonderful Mother’s Day weekend

Us 3 sisters rented this home for mothersday weekend with my mom. We had a wonderful time!Beautiful views from the deck. Private beach front.Very clean! We had everything we needed! Will definitely be back

Meg's home is situated in the middle of the cape, making it a perfect starting point for day trips to Chatham, Provincetown, etc. Super close to bay beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Could not have asked for a better central location! The home was super cozy yet updated and four bedrooms made it perfect for our family of 5. I really appreciated the large and updated bathroom upstairs. The back deck was the perfect place to relax in the evenings with a view of the water. Could not recommend Sunkissed Cottage more!

Wonderful property!

We stayed in this fantastic home for a quick trip to the cape. It is located on a quiet cul de sac with gorgeous views of the pond. Very spacious for a family of five and great outdoor dining accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Meg was very accessible and provided us with quick feedback or communication with any asks! I highly recommend!

Great 91st Birthday

Brought my mom on a long weekend to the Cape for her 91st birthday, staying at Sunkissed Cottage. Perfect, warm, comfortable, homey cottage for the event. Right on the lake for viewing birds and pretty sunsets. Close to great restaurants and many beaches for walking. Hope to be back for the 92nd!

A rare Cape Cod gem.

Rare gem of a location. We’ll cared for with lots of attention to detail to the little things. Enjoyed kayaking and taking a dip in the pond and the outdoor shower. The sun and sky reflecting off the pond all day make us feel like we were floating on cloud nine all day.

The perfect spot

Amazing place, with a semi-private beach and the perfect location, central to all points of interest in the Cape. The house was clean, and everything we could need (and more) was available. There was even a fireplace on the deck, which made for amazing nights laughing with my kids around the fire. The owner was amazing every step of the way and gave us tons of information on things to do and places to eat. We will be back!

great house, great view, wonderful owner

My husband and I flew in from out of town to meet up w his parents and 2 older sisters. The communication w Meg was amazing from start to finish. We had no issues, but her response from other questions I had let me to believe she would have taken care of everything in a heartbeat. The grounds were immaculate, the view was so relaxing. The neighborhood quiet and peaceful. My husband and I took the kayaks out , and the equipment was new, as well as the life jackets if anyone wants to wear one. It was more than spacious for the 6 of us. The only issue for us was that my in-laws have trouble going up and down stairs. They slept in one of the rooms downstairs, but showering was difficult Bc downstairs only had a bathtub (they have trouble climbing in and out ) location great - close to restaurants and ice cream. Meg’s most was great (a few closures since Covid I think ) but ate lunch at Marshside - view was so nice. Wish we had more time , but availability was limited due to booking on the later side! Don’t hesitate to book this property! Thank you Meg!

Beautiful cottage and pond

Meg thank you so much for having us to Sunset Cottage. The cottage had everything we could need inside and out, even all the baby gear was greatly appreciated. Truly had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back. This is a rental where you can actually relax and take in the beautiful decor of the home as well as the amazing landscape.

Rest & relaxation on the lake

This beautiful cottage was immaculately clean and a very welcome place to stay. Comfy beds with beautiful comforters, no need to being any extra blankets or pillows from home. This home was stocked with everything you would need. Nice privacy as this is a home at the end of a dead-end street. I enjoyed watching the ducks and swans in the morning while drinking my coffee. Although I stayed during the winter I was still able to find open restaurants that were nearby. I can’t wait to return again. I can’t thank Meg the owner enough for all of the little details and thoughtfulness she’s put into this cottage.

Perfect location for our family!

The cottage is darling and perfectly outfitted for a great beach vacation! It’s right on a large pond, perfect for kayaking! We loved sitting on the deck in the afternoon, watching the shore life. Meg, the owner, was very responsive and gave us many suggestions of restaurants and things to do, as this was part of the Cape where we had never stayed before. The cottage was, however, a bit small for our group of eight people. That was our fault, as we assumed the four bedrooms meant a larger house. Overall, it was a great vacation and we would highly recommend the Sunkissed Cottage!!

Lovely home in a perfect spot right on the water

Meg's house, Sunkissed Cottage, is in a great location with a small semi-private beach (shared with just a few nearby homes) right on Follin's Pond. It's a lovely spot for boating with very little traffic on the pond- we made use of the kayaks provided with the rental and also brought along our paddleboard and Minifish sailboat. We enjoyed the views from the deck throughout our stay and appreciated the comfy deck furniture and propane grill. The house is adorable and well-appointed with most everything we needed including bed linens and towels. Air conditioning units in 3/4 bedrooms and a wall unit in the living room worked great for the few very humid nights when the breeze off the pond wasn't enough to cut the heat. The kitchen is quite small, as pictured in the listing. Use of the oven was unexpectedly challenging as the refrigerator door must be held open when opening/closing the oven. The only other drawback was that the largest bedroom upstairs only has sheer curtains, no blinds to keep out the morning sunlight. Overall, our experience with Meg and Sunkissed Cottage was excellent. Meg was very responsive and checked in several times. She even let us know that the cottage happened to be available earlier than scheduled on our move-in day. We so appreciated the chance to start our vacation a few hours early!

Quiet Oasis on Busy Cape Cod

A wonderful cottage, well equipped with everything you could want for sunny days or wet days. Unfortunately we had bad weather and were full of the flu but that didn’t stop us enjoying all of the cottage’s facilities especially the lovely internet TV. Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful home, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The rooms were all a good size and well-appointed and decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need. The common areas were big enough for hanging out and entertaining, but the back deck is where we spent all of our time! The shed beside the house was great for storing bikes and beach gear. I do wish the water was a little more swimmable (lots of seaweed, shells, crabs, etc), but the owner offers kayaks which were lots of fun. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!
