We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Botanica. The home felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed, with so many little touches that made it special—from the pool and hot tub to the cozy beds and coffee bar we enjoyed every morning. The location couldn’t be better, with beaches, shopping, and great dining nearby, including Rebecca’s wine bar, which we loved. Being able to bring our dogs made the stay even more meaningful for us. Very well-equipped home with comfortable beds, lots of blankets, supplies like toilet paper, robes, etc. Only cons were the quite old hot tub which half the jets didn’t work and having a roach in the dining room. Not a big deal for us though. Also the water pressure in the master shower is very low. The pool is basic. But the couch area is super comfy and the garage is stocked with lots of beach gear. They owners did a great job with the plant life in the yard around the hot tub. It’s a pleasant place to sit. Very convenient washer and dryer with lots of detergent pods.

For clarity for future guests, the home—including the pool and pool deck—was fully renovated and resurfaced prior to this stay (completed November 2025). The hot tub was inspected immediately following checkout and all jets were confirmed to be fully operational and it continues to be a guest highlight. We live locally and manage the property hands-on; guests are encouraged to contact us during their stay so any concerns, including water pressure, can be addressed promptly. No such issues were reported during or after subsequent stays. As is typical in Southwest Florida, even with routine professional pest control, an occasional insect may appear, particularly during periods of unusually cold weather. We appreciate the positive feedback regarding cleanliness, communication, comfort, and location.

We had a great weekend getaway and was joined by family....we loved hanging out in the yard with the children running around and playing in the pool...the pool is heated...and the hot tub was lots of fun!!!

We had a great time. The house is spacious, beds were comfortable, the pool was well maintained. We had bikes and beach chairs/towels! 13 minutes drive to Naples Pier. Very nice place to stay with friends or family!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! This is our second year in a row renting this home for our vacation and it is just as amazing as the first! The house is immaculate and the pool, backyard space is absolutely perfect; it is a little piece of paradise. The location is perfect with a short car ride to downtown beach & minutes from great restaurants! Michael & Rikke are amazing to work with and truly care about ensuring you have an amazing stay! Naples Getaway

Really enjoyed the home. Kids and entire family loved the pool. The property is nicely maintained. It was comfortable for six adults and two kids. You can walk from the home to the Naples Pickleball Center, which is an amazing facility. It is easy to pick a game up there - for all skill levels.

This home was spotless and everything was in great condition! When we arrived, there was some debris from the new roof in the hot tub. I messaged the owners and Michael was there in 10 minutes!!! He apologized profusely telling us that he had asked the pool company to clean it before our arrival, but it got missed (probably because we ended up coming a day early.) The beds were great, linens seemed like brand new. High quality towels and beach towels. Lots of comfy seating in the living room and plenty of room around the extendable dining table. (There are extra chairs in the garage.) At least 8 beach chairs, umbrella and some toys. Bikes and helmets. Pingpong in the garage looks new! Even the garage floor is spotless! Big, clean pantry and oversized washer and dryer. Ample supplies - Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, laundry soap, new scrup pad in kitchen. The kitchen looked a little small in the photos for our group of 9, but it's really functional and was great for making meals. The bar-b-que was also spotless! Great layout for a large group. The neighbors were really nice, too! We had a wonderful time. Thank so much!!!

Beautiful pool and weather

I came from Michigan to Naples for business. I was alone, so probably too much house as I didn’t use several of the bedrooms or baths. That said, this place was perfect. Very private which was great for working remotely. The internet was great and I worked via laptop while standing in the pool. I attempted to get in the hot tub the first night and it was way too cold. Easy fix is to know that going in so you turn it up right away. Great location and the the weather couldn’t have been more perfect

What a weekend!

We stayed here with friends for a wedding at the Botanical Gardens. The proximity to the venue was perfect. We were also close enough to rideshare easily to wonderful restaurants in 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South, even closer and walkable was the Food Truck Park and the wine bar Rebeccas. After the wedding, we basically didn't leave the house because it affords so many fun things to do and is a perfect hangout location. I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't have. We made good use of the bbq, and we had an amazing feast next to the pool our last night there. The landscaping is lush, and hot tub great to catch sunset with some cocktails. Visiting a house like this makes you love renting a home rather than staying at a hotel. Thanks to Michael and Rikke for a truly memorable weekend stay!

A Dreamy Getaway with an Abundance of Amenities in Naples

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the marvelous Casa Botanica in Naples—a beautiful 4-bedroom house that provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful amenities, proximity to local attractions, and the overall comfort and charm of the property. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough! One of the standout features of this home was the wealth of amenities provided. The coffee bar was a delightful touch, allowing us to start each day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea. It truly made us feel like we were staying at a high-end resort. Additionally, the selection of toys and games in the house was a hit with both children and adults alike. We enjoyed many evenings bonding over board games and creating lasting memories. A Tropical Paradise in Naples' Bayshore Arts District!

Our stay at Casa Botanica in Naples was just what our family needed. Nestled in the vibrant Bayshore Arts District and within walking distance of the breathtaking Botanical Gardens, this place truly captured the essence of a tropical paradise. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior was tastefully decorated perfectly complementing the surrounding landscaped garden. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We discovered several outstanding restaurants located just a short distance from the home. Our favorites included Taco San Julian, Celebration Park and the MED. One of the unexpected joys of our stay was the mango tree in the yard. Every morning, we would venture out and pluck ripe, juicy mangoes for our breakfast. The experience of enjoying freshly picked mangoes under the warm Florida sun was a delightful treat that added an extra touch of magic to our mornings. We highly recommend Casa Botanica and Staysplendid and can't wait to return in the near future.

Large and clean, but In need of repair

We rented this house in south Naples for a family spring get away and we were disappointed. For the amount of rent that was charged for this home, they should at least have comfortable beds. They did not. The size of the home was good, it was clean and it does have a nice pool, but the furniture was flimsy and the beds need a complete upgrade. Also, the patio screen door was falling off its hinges and the master bedroom door hinge was loose and would barely close. Pool chairs and cushions should be replaced (stained and rusty) and pool toys were not in good shape. We have rented homes in North Naples for many years and the quality seemed much better for the rental price. We will not use this property again.

Comfortable beds are very subjective, never had a prior complaint about this - in fact always received compliments about the comfort of our new beds and home in general. Minor fixes would have been rectified immediately had we been alerted. We have new loungers and water resistant cushions on the pool deck.

Upon arrival we could not even recognize the property. The images posted do not look like the house, or possibly were taken 10 years ago. Bushes and landscaping are extremely overgrown. We had to remove multiple palm branches that had fallen to park in the driveway. Gate no longer closes to secure the property if you have dogs you want to allow to run free in the back yard, the property is not secure with fencing. All 3 propane tanks on property were empty. When we used the little gas that was left the grill caught on fire it was so dirty from previous use. We tried using the oven it would not work. Owner did respond promptly with instructions on how to reset breaker in the garage. This is not a 5 bedroom house as listed, there are 4 rooms. Hot tub spa jets do not work. Small ants living in kitchen area and multiple palmetto bugs were seen in the bathrooms and kitchen area. We made due and had a great time, location is wonderful with lots of great places to walk near by. Garage was stocked with lots of beach equipment and ping pong table. Overall for the price we were disappointed in the condition / upkeep of the property. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early which was nice, I appreciate that. Images of this listing really need to be updated as well as bedroom count.

We take guest feedback seriously however in this incidence we must address the disruptive & manipulative behavior that was exhibited during and after this stay that quite frankly demonstrated a desire at extortion. Apart from being contacted about the oven that was a quick fix, guest was calculated and waited until after she checked out to send us a list of "issues" and then wanted a full refund, which was absolutely outrageous. Guest had issues paying for the stay so if she could not afford it she should have stayed away rather than taking this coercive, nasty approach. For the record, pictures are recent, home is listed as 4 bedroom and landscaping is a feature of the property and we are often given great feedback by our guests, tropical oasis and manicured gardens comes to mind as descriptions used before by our previous, respectful guests. Garden is serviced once a week and occasionally the palm fronds do fall, it has proved not a big deal to anyone. Property is fenced however driveway is left open as a convenience and for better accessibility. There were 2 full propane tanks and 1 empty in the garage - had the guest had presence of mind to lift them they would have known 2 were full!!! And again hot tub jets DO work, its easy to use and if they could not figure it out why weren't we contacted....again because they had an agenda! We have the home regularly treated to repel insects but saying that I did not see any ants or bugs after check-out however the guests had left food and dirty cutlery not only in the kitchen but areas of the home that will attract them! We take great pride in offering guests comfortable and enjoyable stays as demonstrated by the overwhelming majority of our guests but have a zero tolerance policy for guests like this with a manipulative, calculated approach to defraud us in such a unacceptable manner.

Great place, exactly as described

This is a great place. Everything is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. No disappointments. The house was spotless and equipped - even a choice of 3 coffee makers - and a beautifully landscaped yard. The pool was warm and crystal clear. The beds, indoor and outdoor furniture - everything was comfortable. Beach and pool towels, beach chairs, a ping pong table - everything was provided for a fun time for the eight of us and a dog! We never had to contact our Host because everything was great each day. Short drive to downtown restaurants and shops & several casual dining options are nearby without even going through a traffic light (Taqueria San Julian, Celebration Park, etc.).

Amazing Stay

This was our third time staying at this home, and we will definitely be back! The house is beautiful and has everything you may need, the outside area is stunning, the home is clean with a great layout and has everything you would need. It’s also very close to the beach, shopping restaurants! We can’t wait to go back!
