Welcome to the HeartStone Lodge, a luxurious retreat located in the picturesque Vineyard Reserve. This stunning home offers a serene escape with mesmerizing sunset mountain views, all within a 2 minute drive from the Eagles Nest Winery, HeartStone Lodge showcases a beautiful open-concept living space that effortlessly merges the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.

The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring a gorgeous granite island with three barstools that provides ample counter space for meal preparation and serves as a centerpiece for social gatherings. Outfitted with modern appliances serving dishes, Dutch ovens, small appliances, all the elements for hosting a lovely meal It's the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

Next to the kitchen, the dining area is set with a table for six but up to eight, offering an ideal spot for sharing meals with family and friends. The open layout ensures you can engage with your loved ones while cooking and dining.
The living room is a warm and inviting space, complete with a gas fireplace that adds to the ambiance. Two sofas and a large flatscreen TV create a cozy seating area where you can relax, watch shows, or read. Whether you're enjoying the fireplace, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, or soaking in the natural light and fresh air on the deck, this open living area offers the perfect combination of comfort and practicality.

The main level greets you with a luxurious king ensuite, a true retreat of comfort and elegance complete with upgraded plush mattress and a private TV. The large closet keeps a pack N play with ease and outlets for all your child's needs. The ensuite bathroom features a modern, tiled shower, deep soaking tub, and a double marble vanity along with a defogging, back-lit mirror, blending sophistication with functionality with a picture window overlooking the views.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find three tastefully decorated bedrooms and the den/media space. The 1st king suite includes a TV, private bathroom with a tiled combination tub/shower and separate water closet. The 2nd king ensuite has a stunning bathroom that also opens to the hallway, making it accessible to guests of the den and the bunk room. Double vanities here and a private window that brings in the natural light. The bunk room offers two sets of twin over twin beds and Smart TV just down the hall from the wet bar and den with sofa, 75' TV with Sonos system that extends to the firepit and backyard, games, books and puzzles.

The deck is accessed from the living room and kitchen. Wrapped around the side is a covered area with seating at the outdoor gas fireplace. To complete the experience, the deck boasts a large hot tub, inviting you to relax and soak in the natural beauty that surrounds you, complete with Christmas tree views. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The owners of this home use 3 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is facing the driveway, one is on the back deck looking out towards the mountain (the grill and part of the deck are within its view) and the third is a trail cam at the edge of the backyard pointing away from the house.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
