Ce merveilleux 2 chambres unitĂ© bas est la deuxiĂšme maison du propriĂ©taire et vient d'ĂȘtre magnifiquement dĂ©corĂ©e et professionnellement. Peinture fraĂźche partout, tous les nouveaux planchers de bois franc, nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable, et de nouvelles mobilier design de la marque en font une maison loin de la maison. Une grande cour arriĂšre avec une terrasse en bois de soleil et barbecue est parfait pour se divertir. SituĂ© au cƓur de la vieille ville de Key West, Truman annexe est une communautĂ© fermĂ©e de maisons privĂ©es et des condominiums. Il ya une accueillante piscine chauffĂ©e sur place.

Tous les restaurants, les boutiques et la vie nocturne sont Ă  distance de marche de votre porte. Un du parc et de la plage zone nationale la mieux cotĂ©e en AmĂ©rique est juste une courte distance de marche. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen size. 2Ăšme chambre avec 2 lits simples. Fully equipped kitchen but we didn't cook in but definitely can if you choose to. We love the location and feel safe in Truman Annex. It was comfortable for us four adults.

Great visit to Key West

The weather was perfect and the condo was perfectly located and satisfied all of our needs while we were there. We especially enjoyed the outside area to relax in after enjoying a day touring Key West. Ideal Location

This property was in the heart of Key West. Convenient to the waterfront, Duvall Street, Fort Zachary and many more wonderful locations. The outdoor patio was a plus from having coffee in the morning to having dinner, reading a book or just relaxing. The owner was extremely attentive making everything from check-in to check-out very smooth.

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I stayed here and loved everything about the condo. The owners are kind, responsive and have equipped with condo with everything you need. The condo is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, short walk to Duval and all of the nightlife. The deck is an amazing space where you can relax. Will definitely stay there again! Location Location

It was a pleasure staying at Jim and Colleen's condo in Truman Annex. A great condo with wonderful amenities provided by Jim and Colleen: grill, bikes, beach chair, towels, parking spot etc. The condo was lovely, clean, neat and nicely decorated. The condo is in a great location, convenient and quiet. Jim was proactive in chatting with me and flexible per my arrival to Key West, allowing me to drop my bag at the condo early. Thank you.

All the 10's for this property are well-deserved

The condo is as pictured and is clean and well-stocked. We loved spending time on the patio and at the pool. Jim is the perfect host, personable and responsive, and he provided many suggestions and recommendations that enhanced our visit. The location is great, we could walk to most things, but also rode the free Duval Loop bus a few times. We would rent here again in a minute--don't pass this one up!

Perfectly balanced

The location of the unit is perfect! 3 blocks from Duvall and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Far enough away for a good nights rest. Close enough to enjoy the fun. Jim was super easy to chat with. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as stated!

My wife and I purchased our condo after coming to Key West for nearly 20 years. This is our favorite place to escape to. You can truly get on 'island time' here. Whether you are just hanging out on the sundeck or by the pool, biking around the island, or bar hopping, Key West has something to offer everyone. There is really more to do here than most people have the time to do. Our condo has a lot of Key West character . This can be your home away from home also.

We purchased here because Shipyard Condos are located in a private community Truman Annex. We are just two blocks from Duval Street, and do not need a car when we are there. You can just hang out, or be in the heart of everything. Your choice.

This wonderful 2 bedroom downstairs unit is owner's second home and has just been beautifully and professionally decorated. Fresh paint throughout, all new hardwood flooring, new kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, and brand new designer furnishings make this a home away from home. A large rear courtyard with a wood sundeck and outdoor grill is perfect for entertaining. Located in the heart of old town Key West, Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes and condominiums. There is an inviting heated swimming pool on premises.

Our home has been featured on the cover of The Key West newspaper because of the 'islandy feel'.

All dining, shopping, and night life are within walking distance from your door. One of the highest-rated national park and beach areas in America is just a short walk away. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is fully equipped for long, enjoyable stays. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush. Life is good in the Keys! Walk or bike to shopping, dining, fishing, entertainment, beaches, sunsets, Mallory Square, and Duval Street.

The large sundeck in the rear courtyard is an extension of the condo, and is lovely almost all months of the year. Nice night lighting and tropical palm trees and plants make for a lush landscape. Great for sunbathing!
