The management tries to maintain a balance between tourism and traditional life of the island and have kept the vineyards and the olive trees surrounding the apartments intact. The vineyards are cared for in the traditional Santorinian way and produce the island’s authentic varieties of wines. Guests have the opportunity to learn about the cultivation and vintage of these vines and other local products such as Santorini’s famous tomatoes, (white) eggplants and yellow peas.
