Belle maison de style artisan

Ce chalet original à un étage de Seabright Beach a été converti au début des années 1900 en un bungalow artisanal de deux étages. La maison est meublée avec un décor nautique. La véranda à l'étage donne sur la baie et la jetée municipale au-delà. Pics de l'océan depuis trois autres chambres à l'étage. La salle de bain à l'étage est grande avec une baignoire à l'ancienne sur pattes. En bas a un grand salon, une grande salle à manger, une grande cuisine avec coin repas, également une chambre privée hors du porche avant et la chambre ouest avec son propre véranda fermée. La maison se trouve sur un terrain d'angle entouré de pelouses et de jardins bien entretenus avec de nombreux coins salons confortables, certains avec vue sur la plage, un accueil après une longue journée à la plage. Réveillez-vous chaque matin au doux rappel que vous êtes comme la plage avec le bruit des vagues et des lions de mer qui aboient au loin.

We have stayed here before and always have a wonderful time. The location is wonderful with the beach, restaurants and stores nearby. Getting to stay in a vintage home that's fairly well taken care of is a treat. We hope to stay there again!

Great location

The location is great and yard is beautiful. Loved the outside bathroom and shower. Large home for a family vacation. No washer and or dryer on property, carpets and sofas need to be cleaned. Owner and cleaner were great and helpful.

Very large home with lots of character a block from the beach.

7 family members including a baby were in Santa Cruz for a college graduation. This home offered us plenty of space with alot of charm. Close to the beach and a lovely yard are added amenities!

Just right

The location was amazing! One block from the beach and walking distance to the Boardwalk and downtown. The bottom floor bedroom with connecting bathroom were perfect for my elderly mom. Windows could use some screens so guests can get fresh air without bugs.

Great stay at Seabright Beach

Very nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach. House is bigger than it looks on-line; plenty of room inside and out for five adults and four kids. We all loved being there.

Great Family Retreat

Great vacation spot

A well-stocked home just a block from the beach with a few eclectic touches, like the pastor’s room, to keep things interesting. Dave stopped by as we were arriving to say hello, always a nice touch, and let us know on our last day that we could stay past the check out time if we wanted. All of us (7 adults) loved the house and the location.

As a little boy growing up in the San Joaquin Valley, I remember looking forward to going to Santa Cruz every summer to spend 1 week with my grandparents and my young single aunts. Every year my Grandparents would have two grand children stay each week until all my cousins had a chance to vacation each summer. They sold their beach home in the late fifties. So when I was in my thirties I would vacation in Capitola and Santa Cruz and rent at the beach somewhere. We would ride around on our bikes with the kids, always keeping an eye out for a small place to buy. After renting for several years we found a small fixer upper. Being a young general contractor with lots of ambition, we began fixing it up, enjoying Santa Cruz and the beach also. As soon as the sun was out, we were off to the beach. Well after 14 years the little cottage became to small. So one day on a trip to the yaght harbor, we ran across this old Craftsman House that needed some TLC. We fell in love with it and with my ability to do the work we bought it. So now we are the Grandparents having my kids and grandchildren spend fun time at the beach. We have met so many nice families who we have rented to and many still return after many years. Everyone is happy when your'e at the beach. We love it.

When I found this home in this location by the ocean I could't pass it up. The home is in a great neighborhood with many very nice neighbors who have been here for decades enjoying their families at or near the beach. There is lots to do around here for everyone.
