- No smoking inside the house

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- Pets must be approved in advance. Please clean up after your pet’s waste or additional charges may apply.
- Please report any damages immediately. Guests may be held responsible for excessive damage or missing items.
- Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, or alarms.

Check-out procedures:
- Please leave the property in tidy condition, cleaning supplies are located in the downstairs closet and below the kitchen sink.
- If a bed was used please do not remake it.
- Take all dirty towels and place them next to the washer in the garage.
- Place any remaining dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle.
- Take out trash & recycling.
- Double-check you’ve packed all your belongings (don’t forget to look under the beds!)
