Esta casa cuenta con un dormitorio recién remodelado en el piso principal, electrodomésticos actualizados en la cocina y muebles nuevos en todo. El plan de piso abierto ofrece un amplio espacio para volver a conectar con la familia y amigos. La chimenea en la sala de estar está rodeada de una gran cantidad de cómodos asientos, mientras que la sala de estar en la planta baja cuenta con air hockey y TV de pantalla plana grande. El patio se completa con un jardín hundido patio, hoyos de herradura, y una hamaca - perfecto para un día de relax. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another wonderful stay at Starry Nights for our annual Fall Fishing trip. The new hot tub is a wonderful upgrade and we enjoyed every evening! Our favorite spot to relax was in the Sitting Room in front of a nice fire every evening. Kitchen is well-appointed and had most everything we needed. The TV room furniture is a little hard to get up out of if you have 60-ish knees like me but soaking in the hot tub helped tremendously! As always, the gals at Best of Canaan were wonderful and we always recommend them!

Tranquil and Peaceful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! The location gave us a feeling of seclusion, even while being in a gated community. Plus, it is easy to get to various attractions.All the windows gave us a view of the beautiful leaves and wildlife. We had time to sit on the deck and relax, watch the wildlife and when it got colder, use the fireplace! The hottub is an extra plus and the desk setup came in handy to complete work for our jobs.The house was one of the cleanest we've stayed at in awhile. We could tell the owners take pride in their house and like to keep things in working order. We look forward to the opportunity of renting this place in the future.

Great place in Canaan area

We really enjoyed staying here this past weekend! The house was great and very close to the Timberline lodge. No major complaints, but if you stay here make sure you bring all the essentials (napkins, paper towels, etc.) as it was the bare minimum provided (it did have toilet paper and bath towels). Master bedroom is a loft bedroom, so if you have a lot of kids that stay up late, you'll hear everything, even from the basement. Plus no window treatments in mater bed, but it wasn't as bad as we thought it might be. Overall it was an excellent stay and we'd go back again for sure.

A Perfect White Christmas

We had the perfect white Christmas here. We loved how spacious and cozy it was. The living room with the fireplace and wall of windows was perfect to watch the snow. We will definitely be back.

House was as described and is nicely equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. House is very spacious and has a lovely Sitting Room with a fireplace and floor to ceiling windows in the front. We sat there every evening after dinner and relaxed with a nice fire, watching the deer out front. We absolutely love the Staff at Best of Canaan. They truly feel like family to us and will address any need you may have!

Some of the furniture was fairly tired, but this is probably the norm for vacation rentals. The HOA plowed the snow immediately and Best of Canaan was very accommodating.

We loved the private driveway that made the home feel completely secluded. The inside was clean, cozy, and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in and out was super easy and the staff were super friendly, welcoming us, giving directions straight to our rental, and providing info about local attractions. We love Starry Nights and hope to be back in the future!

A few things that can improve, the bed in the master near the slider needs a new mattress, it is hard as a rock. Also, please be sure the fire wood is refilled. We went a day with out a fire. Overall the stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back again.

Starry Nights - Week between Christmas and New Years

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Starry Nights house was beautiful, yet very cozy and comfortable. The house was had a great set up and was very well appointed. We did have a couple of issues with the water supply, which turned out to be a furnace issue that could not be resolved during our stay. Best of Canaan did respond immediately to each call and sent maintenance and a furnace repair person, but, the furnace needs to be replaced. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Solar Eclipse at Starry Nights

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at Starry Nights. The house is in a great location. Very quiet and secluded. Lots of deer in the yard! House was fully equipped with everything you would need to relax and forget about the world for awhile. The Living Room has a wonderful fireplace and with the weather being chilly, it was nice to build a fire and relax in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and clean. The deck on the back was perfect for us to view the eclipse! Would definitely recommend! As always, the Gals at Best of Canaan were awesome to work with. They are very special and we recommend them to everyone!
