Scenic, secluded. quiet get-away cabin in the North Idaho Mountains. Abundant wildlife, access by private road. Owner/manager's separate house is on property. 12 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown tourist area, 12 miles from Silverwood Theme Park, 45 minutes from Schweitzer and Silver Mountain ski areas, easy access to hiking and recreational areas. Full kitchen and laundry, sleeps 6. Stair access.

Great hosts, great stay

We had a great stay here! The hosts were amazing, very helpful and available for any needs. Was very easy to communicate with and quick with responses. The accomodations were excellent, easily house family of 5. Nice quiet area! We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very kind and the house was clean. I will say, it is not kid friendly. There is a large staircase to get into the house and no play area for kids. All the beds sit high off the ground and 2 of them are in the same room. It is great for adults and for not spending a lot of time in it. There is no tv, and only a pot and pan for cooking. This is also a guest house so the host lives right next door and are around during your stay. Again, they are very nice, just something to consider. It’s a beautiful drive and beautiful views.

Relaxing and peaceful property

The property was located in the peacefulness of the woods but still close to town. It was clean and the owners were quick to respond and very helpful. They even left a plate of home baked cookies…yummm!!

Family time

Delicious cookies in our cabin when we had a late check-in. On site owner checked on us and was very helpful with directions. Beautiful surroundings. Will try to book this on our next Silverwood visit.

Quiet and sereneBeautiful location and viewNicest sheets I’ve ever slept in!Very Private and very cleanClose enough to Rathsdrum to grab a bite or a few snacksClose enough to CDA to get to with very little effortNo TV so bring a laptop if you need constant external stimulus, otherwise a great book on a very comfortable couch is a great way to rest and relaxExcellent price and communications with with the host made the stay that much more relaxing I would stay here again
