Wonderful owners!

The place was cute, huge, and absolutely lovely! The rooms were nice, the loft amazing with fun car beds. There was a slight problem for us as the place was listed as air conditioned and it did not have air conditioning. The owner even offered to come over and install a window unit when he got off work, but we were already too warm (it was a 90 degree day there at the time) so we said we just could not stay. They gave us a full refund within a couple of hours! Really respectful and responsible owners. We were sorry we could not actually stay there.

This has been a long road trip with a lot of cookie cutter hotel rooms and then we rolled up to this incredible location with so much personality! The listing photos don’t do it justice. They’ve really leaned into the vintage garage/car theme and red accents. We had 3 teenagers up in the car beds in the loft who played games on the kind of Hot Wheels carpet they had as little kids, playing board games and card games. I can just imagine how much younger kids would love it up there! The kitchen area was well appointed with everything we needed after a quick stop at a local grocery store so we could have breakfast here before venturing out for the day. Air conditioning worked great, plus there were additional fans available for white noise/extra air circulation. The WIFI was fast and dependable (I had to do a little work in the evenings and the teens were streaming Netflix after the board game competition became too intense). Laundry machines on site were a happy bonus for a quick refresh of clothes before our next leg of the journey. We will absolutely come back and stay here again and it has us dreaming of how to renovate a small family cabin in a similar cozy theme. Thank you!
