The Space:
Step in to the front door and you will find a large common area with a full bar and a large TV, a cozy sitting area great for puzzles or card games and a Golden Tee gaming center. There are three TVs in this room, so you can watch multiple sports games! Head down the hallway to find five bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. There are four King bedrooms and one with two Twins.

Head upstairs to the main floor and you will walk into the large living room with comfy seating and a large TV. The expansive second floor porch is right off the living room giving you a relaxing spot to rock in one of the many rocking chairs and take in the sea breezes. The dining room is past the living room and has a large table to seat up to eight people and a beautiful chandelier that makes you feel like you are fine dining. Across from the dining room is a professional Chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, custom cabinets, wine fridge, double oven and more. Five additional bar stools are at the large island for additional dining seats.

Beyond the kitchen is the half bathroom and then the master suite. Walk in to the master and you will find a large king bed, a sitting area and a large bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads including a rain shower head from the ceiling.

PLEASE NOTE: Isle of Palms has a very strict noise ordinance that limits loud or disturbing noises between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Getting Around:
The beach is just a few steps away, but Uber and Lyft are readily available should you need to go a bit further or would like to venture into Charleston.
